He has a vast knowledge in many mental illnesses and treatments for each. He offers both regular services and Christian based services in which he gracefully expresses the word of God to help you better understand the roots of your issues.

Dr Stephen is both a great councilor and mentor. Over the last few moths I personally believe that I've made vast improvements on not just the way I feel internally, but my overall outlook on life as well. His sessions are a breath of fresh air from my day to day routine and allow me to stop, think, and refocus on what really matters. Honestly, going to therapy was once a fear of mine, but now I recommend it to anyone I know dealing with any and all hardships. If you do not mind checking your pride in the waiting room, this is the place to go to learn some great skills to better living and relationships. You are provided with interpersonal tools that you must activate daily for desired results. Great Christian experience. I have been Highly Satisfied with his communication, compassion/sensitivity, ethical conduct, trust, the way he explained my symptoms and the deep interest he took into the betterment of my relationships.

Friends, Dr. Stephen claims to be a Christian. This man does not know Jesus Christ. Last spring I met with him for a couple of months. I was a new believer, recently giving everything to God. He claims that Jesus and the Holy Spirit are not God. This should terrify him (Matthew 12:31). Also he stated that demons are more powerful than you and I are. If you have been born again (John 3) then greater is He who is in me than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Jesus is my God (John 1) and I say that with pride and confidence. Jesus led me away from this man (John 10). I have bawled my eyes out that this man has taught this false gospel to so many, and led others astray. It took me months to get this spiritual filth of lies off of my hands. Friends, first pray for Micheal Stephen but do not let your loved ones go to him. May you all know Jesus personally as your Lord and Savior God bless.

In my opinion, the Absolute Best Christian counselor ever. I went to him years ago and enjoyed the Christian perspective provided with the counseling sessions. I am studying my Master's in Professional Counseling because of his superb service. I would advise anyone to use his services.

Absolute garbage. if you are a Veteran being evaluated for PTSD, DO NOT go to this quack. He's not a christian, he is extremely judgemental, and you will NOT be evaluated properly or honestly. He does not believe in helping veterans, and if you smoke cigarettes or drink any caffeine beverages, he will blame all of your mental health or tinnitus on nicotene and caffeine. It's absolutely insane what i read that he had written through the evaluation. Never in my decades of meeting with different VA psych doctors have I ever been diagnosed by numerous other doctors with anything even close to what he diagnosed me with. Again, i repeat, if you are a veteran, request a different doctor to evaluate you for disability, because this guy WILL work against you 100%. I've talked to several other vets who have been to this quack, and they feel the same as well, they don't feel he gives a fair evaluation...
