It is absolutely impossible to get someone on the phone or to get them to call you back. My husband will have an appointment and show up to the doors locked and lights out. My husband is having to go up there for a second time today to remind them to fill his prescription because they dont answer their phones or return phone calls. He is currently 2 days behind on his medicine because they keep forgetting to call it in. They do this to him every single month. It's ridiculous that he has to drive up there 2 to 3 times in one day to remind them to call in his script. Do not waste your time with this office.
