Refuses to see patient because they’re on methadone; patient gets referred back to them by methadone clinic and patient is told they won’t be seen without any valid medical reason. State medical board will be contacted.

Very unprofessional place! From the reviews and my experience I’m not even sure a psychiatrist is even there full time. I wish they had canceled my appointment because when I got there they said, the psychiatrist had an emergency and I had to see the nurse practitioner. She only wanted to give me ambien and I told I was there for my moods swings and this was a worthless appt. So then the office mgr came in when I ask for my copay back and he suggested cymbalta and left and the nurse came back in and said, no because I could be bipolar and I needed to come back next week to see the psychiatrist because he needed to diagnose me. That’s what I was there for!!!! They charged me my copay to tell me to come back next week to get diagnosed. What Dr office sends the office mgr in to suggest meds anyway???? The place is so unprofessional, I wish I had read the reviews before making my appointment. Beware of this place.

Cancel appointments without notifying the patient. Then when you call to verify your appointment, Jessica the receptionist gives you attitude. Not a professional place at all.

I would not recommend this place. I called to get scheduled in and the only opening they had was a month out. I booked the day and waited. They called me the day before my appointment and said that the doctor was going to be out that day and they would need to reschedule my appointment to an additional two and a half weeks out . I began to get frustrated but I was also understanding so I said it was ok and to book me. After waiting the additional 2 weeks (almost 2 months wait) they called me the day before my appointment and said that the doctor was going to be out that day also and they would have to reschedule me again. it was going to be almost 3 months before I could even see a doctor so I told them I would go elsewhere and I recommend you do too.

Front desk staff is very professional and friendly. They just expanded their office, and its one of the cleanest doctors offices I've been in. I like my nurse and doctor, and they're really good about getting me in for appts.
