Dr. Spence is by far the best doctor I've ever had in my life. I highly recommend him to anyone. He understands and isn't going to give you anything you don't need. Ask for him if you can you'll never regret it!

They don’t care about patient care. Meyoshi who handles their personnel issues is rude and condescending. They take forever to send out things and then they call and tell you to figure it out on your own. The doctor was nice, but a doctor is made by his staff.

Always gets us in and out. I think Dr. Baker and his staff are always nice! The lab is great and convenient too.

I will NOT be back. The Allergy Clinic and Pharmacy are nice and never had an issue. But the doctors I've seen, office staff, and nursing staff are LAZY and disconnected. Save yourself headache and your money....go somewhere else. My dogs Vet is more interested in healthcare than these worthless hacks!

5 years ago I agreed with Google User (below) about one receptionist in particular. But Dr. Rothwell's office now has a wonderful receptionist and an excellent staff. Dr. Rothwell is knowledgeable and patient. His PAs see me for more routine visits and they are excellent as well. I was referred here at age 60 by a family member and have never had such good medical care in my life. Highly recommended.

I left the only copu I had of lab work there and they have lost it....and keep telling me to call other departments........no one has been able to help me....I went in once....I like the PA candice but the staff does not seem organized at all

I'm very disappointed in Dr. Wade McCoy's office. I've been a patient of Dr. McCoy's for over 10 years. I recently tried to refill a prescription at Walgreen's for medication I've been on for several years. Dr. McCoy wouldn't refill it so I called his office to see what was going on and spoke with his SNOTTY receptionist (Marisha). I explained the situation, she looked up my account and informed me I was no longer a patient so they wouldn't refill my prescription anymore. I said "what do you mean, I've been a patient of Dr. McCoy's for over 10 years." She said I was no longer a patient because I hadn't been in since 2017 (I hadn't been to the doctor because I hadn't needed to go to the doctor!). I asked her why no one had contacted me about this and she said they no longer had my contact information! I couldn't believe it! No attempt whatsoever to keep a patient that has been with them for over 10 years - especially when that patient doesn't even know there's an issue! She could've nicely said, "you need to come in and re-establish yourself as a patient and then we can get your prescription filled," or a something of that nature but all she said is, "you're no longer a patient." When I got upset she told me not to speak to her like that. I will NEVER go back to Dr. McCoy's office BECAUSE OF HIS OFFICE STAFF. They are the most hateful ladies you will ever deal with. This isn't the first issue I've had with them and their disrespect for his patients. TRUST ME - DON'T BOTHER. There are too many doctors out there without having to put up with their bull.

Dr McCoy has been my Dr for about 15 yrs. I've never had any issues with him, his staff, lab or front desk. He is a very caring Dr and really listens to you.

I have seen doctor David E Fisher for years. I will keep using this clinic as long as he’s here. The best doctor I’ve had. Plus everyone one here dose the best they can.

I and my family have been patients of David Fisher for somewhere around two decades. Great doctor. Great clinic. Don't let the age and look of the building fool you, this is a good place. The physical surroundings are kind of no frills but Dr. Fisher and staff are top notch. We credit him with once saving my wife's life, so that's positive.

I had a appointment and after crawling out of bed and sick for two weeks and two trips to the ER they turned me away for an old bill that was mis filed by them. They ladies in front are very incompetent and rude.

If you go here be sure you pick the Dr you want to see. Tried to see about my mother seeing a different dr since she hadn't really got the care she would've liked to have had and I was told basically we'd have to go to a different facility because they won't see another Dr's patient unless that Dr in out of the office. So I guess they would rather lose the patients than allow them to choose who they'd feel more comfortable with. How ridiculous that you have to just hope the one you choose is the right one for you. Absolutely ridiculous in my opinion.
