If I could give Li 0 stars I would. She doesn’t listen you. She speaks fast with broken english. When she doesn’t agree with what you are telling her she repeats her opinions over and over again. She talks to you like you are stupid. She is sarcastic. Her medical advice does not line up with facts and what medical professionals will tell you. I urge you to find someone else to help you. I hope this helps you.

Dr Li has helped me n many ways. She listens, she cares about what's going on in my life. She is very positive, easy to understand. I would not go anyplace else. I have recommended her to several people in my life and they also have wonderful things to say about Dr. Li. She is a busy lady but if you're appointment is @ 2:15 u get in at @ 2:15.

Unfortunately i cannot get Dr Li's nursing staff to refill my prescription after being told several times that it was going to be done this week.

This is only a 4/5 because perfection is rarely obtained. What one person may find to be perfect, another person might see a flaw. I LOVE this office Dr. Li and Dr. Hassle and ALL of the front office staff are AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL, COMPASSIONATE, and ACCOMMODATING. The flexible hours in their schedules make planning an appointment a breeze. I never fret that my employment hours and student classes will be interrupted for office visits. The ambience in the waiting room is both calming and pleasant. The staff are comforting and attentive to your needs when check-in. The doctors with the clinic are FANTASTIC and well trained from reputable institutions. Flexible payment plans give patients peace of mind, ensuring treatment will not be halted, so long as payments are continued to be paid on time or given advanced notice when the office will receive a late payment. When the office receives an emergency call from a patient their IMMEDIATE AND RAPID response to provide care is truly a blessing. I cannot thank them enough and I recommend this office to all of my family and friends.

I am a medical professional and I would never recommend her to my patients. She is uncaring. She speaks very quickly and is difficult to understand. She is also unsympathetic to her patients and condescending. Very strongly recommend against using her as a psychiatrist
