I missed my appointment and the receptionist Brittany treated me so unkindly. I asked if I could reschedule and she said no and I'll have to go somewhere else. I was referred to this place by my counselor for post partum depression. I was in a abusive relationship and lost a baby. This woman has no clue what I'm going through. She didn't even care to offer me any other services for another place. When I asked her if she knew of any other doctors that would take my insurance she acted like she didn't even want to help me. She gave me a name but not the location. She's a very nasty and unkind person. I never missed 3 appointments just two due the domestic violence from the first appointment. What make you think it's okay for anyone to speak to anyone like that because of a missed appointment ? The missed appointment doesn't have anything to do with someone mistreating you. Let's not take away what happened and how I was treated. Please don't lie about things because my counselor knows I made two appointments only and the fact that you responded like that lets me know alot about your character.

We have been very happy with Susan Thompson. She listens to our concerns and questions and has always been responsive and helpful to us. Their new office is on the far Northern edge of town but it's very nice and comfortable and is worth the drive I think. The rest of the staff here are good too. Some are more outwardly friendly than others but they all seem solid at their jobs.

I love this place. The office staff are great. They're friendly and helpful .Dr gray is the best Dr I've seen for mental health. He listens and talks. He takes my concerns into account and doesn't ignore how I'm feeling .Amazing Dr! If you need help this is the place to go!!
