REVIEWS OF Edmond Psychiatric Associates IN Oklahoma

My experience at this "doctors office" has been one headache after the next. Even when you have insurance, they want the first visits payment upfront in full since they don't know what your insurance will pay. Instead of looking on the card or calling them, they insist on charging you over $180 dollars only to discover that you should have only paid $20. They don't tell you of this policy before your first visit leaving you standing at the window trying to figure out how you can come up with the extra money. You make an appointment with a "provider" and you end up seeing a nurse practitioner. The "provider" always seem to be running at least 45 minutes behind; however the visit only seems to last 10 minutes. Of which most of that time is spent with the "provider" staring at the computer. Any questions about their treatment plan are met with hostility and distain. After several monthly visits just to get refills, I finally had to put my foot down and insist on semi-annual followups. Be advised of their cancelation policy. They state they require 24 hours notice or they bill you for the appointment; however, they don't answer the phone and ask for you to leave a message. They then attempt to charge you a cancellation fee despite the multiple attempts to call their office and give them advanced notice. After I discontinued service with this facility, I expected to get the balance on my account refunded. It has been three weeks and I've been promised by their billing department they would "cut a check a check at the end of the month". I would highly recommend considering other clinics.

If I could give a negative review I would. I went to this office for months. The staff completely ruins the whole office. No one ever answers or calls back and they charge just for them to send in a refill. Absolute worst dr I have ever been to and the staff doesn't care about your concerns.

Ashlee Baragrey

This office....where do I even begin...First off nobody answers the phone. I know, you'd think since they have three secretary's whose only job is to answer the phones you could get ahold of someone during normal business hours but no. Then they have ignorant staff who know nothing about billing or customer service. They didn’t know how to bill my insurance so they told me I needed to pay $275 to see the NP, not the doctor, the NP. When I said absolutely not and walked out they then billed me $275 for a cancelation fee!!!!!! When I was there, at my appointment with them wasting my time. I tried to reason with the office manager regarding my bill and he was just an ignorant as his office staff. I then filed a complaint with the BBB and I'm waiting to hear back. It's sad to think people that may have some serious mental illness are getting this level of incompetent care.

This is by far the best Psychiatrist office I have been to so far since moving to OKC. I have been to 4 already. The Docs and staff are amazing.

Ben Lee

If I could give 0 stars I would, the office is terrible, do NOT expect a call back (literally EVER) and prepare to not see whoever you came to see until it’s at least 30 minutes past your scheduled appointment, I'm actually dumbfounded that there are people on here leaving 5 stars and acting like this a properly ran business cause its honestly a joke

Spent four disappointing months at this place. Bottom line, the good psychiatry services delivered here are ruined by an uncooperative support staff. I’ve never visited an office where getting ahold of an actual staff member was as difficult as it was here. Need patient intake? Leave a message. Note for the nurse? Leave a message. Need a different prescription? Leave a message. Make a payment? To my great surprise—Leave a message. Upon attempting to switch a prescription, I called and left a message with the nurse discussing the situation and the need to talk with them. After no response, the next day I received a call from my pharmacy. I drove over only to find the same prescription had been re-ordered. This process repeated itself two more times with no response from the nurse each time, and no new prescription. At my appointment three weeks later, I brought up the multiple ignored calls and three wasted trips to the pharmacy. Expecting to hear an apology, instead I was told how busy the support staff was. I left my appointment furious, and promptly found another provider. To add insult to injury, this office charges $250+ for missing an appointment, which thankfully I never did. This suggests they value patient responsibility highly, which is all the more maddening given the clinic support staff’s lack of it themselves. Rachel and Jennifer are good at what they do, but the basic stuff eludes this office.

Don't have time to completely enter my review right now but I will later.

I saw Dr. Morris in 2014 and 2015 and really felt she was knowledgeable and helpful. Her office staff, lady that checks you in and a gentleman who was the "officer manager" at the time were not. I spoke to the officer manager on the phone and started crying, I think I said like their office was "out to get me" welp go figure most Depressed and Anxious People are also paranoid, sure enough, 2 days later I received a letter from Dr. Morris that I was being fired. If you etablish a relationship with your Dr. and then just get dropped like a bad habit, geeze I wonder if the Man office manager is still there, lol. Regarding appointments, I would drive 90 miles one way for my appointments, I was more than 15min late one time and they did refuse to see me and also charged me $200.

Courtney Griffin

I was a patient of Dr. Morris for 5 yrs. She used to be an extremely thorough and involved doctor. The past year I have noticed changes. The main issue was the office staff. Never polite and always extremely rude to patients. I never complained to her. This last time was the last for me when the office manager declined to let me make an appointment because my bill was 2 days late which was a first and now would only accept half of my balance in full. (Keep in mind I never signed a payment agreement of any kind, I always paid when I was in the office for appointments which was once a month. I had been trying to get in touch with Amy the “office coordinator” for over a week. So if I would have gotten a call back I would have gotten in in April. this would not have been an issue). I complained to Dr. Morris about the way I was treated and I received a letter today terminating me as a patient. After five years I expected and a whole lot of money, I expected a lot more from her. DO NOT go here!!!

Jammie Canfield

I have no idea why people are giving this place a bad review. I have been bringing my minor child here and they treat us with respect. They have helped us so much. One day, when they noticed my child was having a panic attack due to a situation that was taking place they brought my child to a private area and made sure my child was comfortable. Dr. Morris and all the staff has been nothing but great. They saved my child.

BBVB ROCK

We are so thankful that we learned early that this office was not a place we could trust to treat anyone in our family. The office called us back several days after an initial request for an appointment. As with anyone who would be a potential client, we were trying to be sure we were making the best treatment choices for our child and we were learning by asking questions. The office staff treated us so ugly. They were insulting and very harsh with their tone. I thought maybe the person on the phone had something happen that agitated her before I spoke with her. I knew I hadn’t done anything to warrant that hatefulness. I was beyond shocked. That is the first and last time I will deal with that office. Then, I found these reviews online and saw that SO MANY others have had bad experiences at this office. I am so thankful we learned now! Wow. I’m still amazed.

sav payne

i previously left a bad review for the office regarding not answering phones, waiting for appointments forever, etc. while waiting to be seen & was told i was being discharged from this practice for leaving a bad review. that speaks volumes enough about this office so ill leave it at at. (Also after all this, they had the audacity to take my copay with a smile to only kick me out of their practice, not even read my chart they had me fill out with symptoms, etc. & then not send any of the right medication to my Pharmacy which was at this point, their only job. Unbelievable & unprofessional.)

april hollie

If I could give 0 stars I would too. Super unprofessional place.

Sean Miller

Staff is absolutely worthless. Not only uncaring, cold and downright rude. Apparently, they have not figured out how to answer the phone, check voicemails or return calls. How they still have a practice is mind boggling! The other poor reviews listed here are spot on and exactly what you can expect.

Lori Grooms

Provider is Ashley Burns, PA. So far (and I just began treatment there months ago, she is professional, empathetic, and persistent at trying to resolve problems with medication, etc. Dr. Morris, in my limited interaction has also been impressive. I would like to leave 4.5 stars...but compared to what other reviews are, I am quite impressed. I am reserving final judgement, and will update, but expect a good outcome.

Dean Knight

It is hard to get ahold of anybody when calling to speak withand Evidently they do NOT realize they are dealing with MENTALLY UNSTABLE patients who are TRYING to seek help. the whole experience was them rushing me riding my butt and being demanding and VERY impatient

Sarah McAdams

The people here are great. They took my blood and I was starting to faint and nice ladies came in and put a cold rag on my face and fanned me until I felt better. Lyndsy is the best doctor I've ever had. She's very caring. The office ladies are sweet and helpful.

Jon May

Very unprofessional and childish staff. This is just a facade for a pill mill.

Laura Shodall

Literally the most uncaring and incompetent staff. They've wrongfully billed me, they've lost paperwork, and they're unfriendly. It's a chore.

Rhys Wilhelmson

I don't know why people keep giving these guys bad reviews, but this is the best psychiatric clinic I've had. Granted I've only had two, but the one before this made me feel like a number and not a person. The staff is very personable. The waiting room is super comfy, and my psychiatric nurse makes me feel cared for. I actually look forward to the appointments, and i can't say that about most doctors. Highly recommended

Rick Reed

Rachel Tromley is awesome. However, I have to join in and complain about them not answering the phone. They claim they will respond in one working day. That has happen only a couple of times. Any more it takes several tries to get them to respond. The last time I was in, I tried calling them from the waiting room. I tried several times. I could see the person. All she did was stuff her face and appeared to surface the web. I never saw her answer the phone in the 35 minutes I was in the waiting room. I love Rachel but the lack of support from her staff could be deadly for me. I have complained about it many times.

Kristin Crisp

The doctors are good, but the staff is extremely unprofessional. If you call the office, the automated system picks up (which is fine) but if you have an urgent situation and need to speak to someone--good luck. They don't answer the phones, it takes them forever to return phone calls. Not to mention- they are rude to patients over the phone, and sometimes borderline hostile. This office has been like this for at least 2-3 years, and I have seen the negative reviews online by some of their patients. I just can't believe their office manager hasn't done something to rectify this situation. Beyond that, I'm surprised this office is still in business honestly.

Rachel Stratemeier

I, too, am bewildered by these low ratings. I have been coming here every other week for 3 years and recommend it to anyone I know looking for a mental health provider. They have very clear policies and are very fair about them. The staff is kind and works hard. Yes, it's a busy office and they can't sit around waiting for the phone to ring, but they DO get back to you and would never leave a patient high and dry. It's a shame that people are blaming their dissatisfaction with the state medical laws or insurance companies on this office, because this is a group that truly helps people, including me.

Ryan Nickel

Lyndsey jones is good, but the supporting staff is unorganized, uncooperative, and rude. Take your time and business elsewhere. This place needs to figure it out

Kelly Teply

Lindsey Jones is amazing, however the office staff is horrible. I called twice for prescription adjustment and next day to cancel or change my appt. nobody called back and they charged me for a no show. Talked to Lisa and she should be fired, totally unprofessional, I am switching Dr.s because of her. Zero stars in the office staff. Thank you Lindsey for everything, I hope you read this, your staff doesn’t care about your patients. Kelly Teply

EPA's office is the most horribly run (or lack of) office I have ever dealt with. The PA that I see is great, but the actual office has been a joke for years. I have multiple friends and family members that have quit going to this office because it's almost impossible to get a call back, medication refills aren't taken seriously. This most recent incident.. I went in last week for my 3 month appt. She said she would refill one of my RXs that was due. Here we are a week later and they still haven't called it in. I have left messages, sent messages via their online portal and walgreens has sent the request to their office more than once. If you ever go to their office you'll notice how unorganized it is and messy so it's really no surprise. My brother left a review last year after finally also being fed up and THEY FIRED HIM AS A PATIENT. She sent him a letter saying he could no longer be a patient there so I guess the same will probably be happening to me. A lot of psych meds you aren't supposed to quit cold turkey which is what I've done over the past week because they're so incompetent. The fact that I am not the only person that has these issues (there are 5 people just that I PERSONALLY KNOW) is ridiculous. UPDATE: Since leaving this review 30 minutes ago, Dr. Morris called MY MOTHER(I'm almost 29 years old) to tell her about this and make up excuses for her office and LIED and told my mom that her office has told me before that the walgreens I use is bad about losing RXs. LOLOL LIES ALL LIES. Do not EVER go here. ANOTHER UPDATE: Jennifer Morris FACEBOOK messaged me to try to argue about this issue with more lies. SUPER professional.

Sarai Peguero

Support staff is consistently incompetent and incredibly rude.

Elee Sin

Office Charges to refill prescription every month. They will also have the patient come in EVERY month so they can charge your insurance for the refill and office visit. Have never experienced this situation any where else. Seems fraudulent.... when you have to have treatment how do you overcome fraud and greediness of the doctors office you go in to get help??? Would not recommend if you are seeking a place where you matter more than your bucks.

Cierra Fields

This place is LUCKY I cant give them zero stars. I have never in my life been so disrespected in an environment I’m suppose to feel safe in. I’ll keep this brutally honest review as short and sweet as possible : I’m a full time college student with no health insurance, so going to pay $100 a month just to have someone sit in front of me and act like they care about my wellbeing for less than 5 minutes so she can “legally” refill my medication, makes me even more depressed. I had an appointment on monday @3:45, to which i checked in at 3:15. My doctor called a different patient back at 4:08, (yes, I know the exact time because I had to be at work by 4:30.) I went to the front desk and politely told them my appointment was at 3:45 and I still had not been called back, to which the lady rolled her eyes and said, “so, its only 4.” By this time I’m angry. So I responded and pulled out my phone and showed her the time “it’s 4:08, my appointment was at 3:45, is there anyway she could refill my medication Since I have already paid for my appointment, I HAVE to get to work” she responded “no that’s what the appointment is for” with the rudest tone in her voice and continued to tell me I would be charged a fee for canceling my appointment and NOT GETTING MY MONEY BACK. •Office staff is rude, unorganized, & unprofessional •I can NEVER get them to refill my medication from their website & when I call, nobody answers the phone •The doctor is NEVER on time •absolutely no sense of urgency •the medical assistant that takes my blood pressure smells like cigarette smoke almost everytime I go in. •waiting area is cluttered and uncomfortable •They only want your money • they are just pill pushers.

Lyndsey Jones is amazing and my daughter loves going to her. Her mother and I both really like Lyndsey because she really does care about our daughter’s well being, so I hate giving a bad review.... But...... The office staff is absolutely horrible and they act like they are put out when you ask a question. Good luck on getting them to have the therapist call you back because they don’t relay the messages. We have called at least five times this week to get a prescription straightened out due to the pharmacy not having the medication. The office staff did get the prescription canceled, but they failed to send the new prescription to the pharmacy. This is not the first time we have had issues with the staff getting messages to the medical team. This is why we will be seeking a new place to send our daughter to. I can’t stress this enough that this has absolutely nothing to do with Lyndsey Jones or the other medical staff. This all has to do with the office staff, and that is why we will be looking else where.

katarina new

To anyone who is considering using Edmond psychiatric, please reconsider. They have zero respect for appointment times. I was scheduled for 11:30, and then I was waiting until 11:45 when my psychiatrist called someone else back for their appointment. These appointments last at least 30 minutes, so why would you even schedule me at 11:30?! I have been multiple times within the last year, and have NEVER go in on time. Not even within 10 minutes. The front desk is also exceptionally rude, and should really reconsider their job at the front dealing with people. DO NOT waste your time or money on this institution.

Colin Kennedy

Literally, the worst experience I have ever had at any doctors office. Dr. Morris is fine but her staff is the worst I have ever encountered. They never answer the phone, they over charge you, it takes them days to get back to you about a refill, they forget to call and remind you about your appointment and then when you don't show because of it they still charge you. Honestly, I would not send my worst enemy to this place. I know of two other people that stopped going there for the same reason and I told my counselor to stop sending people there.

Elizabeth Hemme

Appointment was at 9am and its 1021 now... this is my first time here and i dont think i will be back. I dont have time to sit in a waiting room for two hours.. I was really hoping for a good result... smh..

Darlene Marquez

Jennifer Morris is fantastic at what she does and took my poor health care and turned it into stellar (and actual health care!) I've never had even one call go unanswered nor one concern unaddressed.

Lisa Schmitz

Members of my family have been seen here and have been helped by the staff, in particular Lyndsey Jones. She is compassionate, listens and offers solutions to whatever problems you may be facing. The online portal they have makes it easy to request refills. I have also gotten calls back the same day when calling their office. I disagree with comments that this is a "pill mill." I have been to other psychiatric offices in Edmond such as Stanbro where I was charged $400+ per visit (with insurance) and felt that my family member was clearly just a number. I do not get that feeling at this office.

tpfeifer pfeifer

Eric Thompson

Dr. Jennifer Morris is the worst doctor you’ll find, she never listens to anything you say and wrongfully diagnoses you for everything, she’s also very unfriendly, I wouldn’t send my 80-year-old grandmother to her even if she was borderline schizophrenic for meds. Do yourself a favor and see another doctor.

Rebecca Coakley

Best practice I have been to by far! I see Ashley personally and I feel comfortable to tell her exactly what’s going on. That say’s a lot for someone with anxiety! She’s always willing to listen, encouraging, and adjusts my meds as needed. Now that it’s summer I have to bring my FOUR kids along and I never feel like having them there is a burden. Not sure where all these bad reviews have come from because this practice doesn’t deserve anything less than 5 stars!

Alesia Vance

I had the same experience as most of the rest on here. I turned them into the medical board. The medical board didn't do anything, BUT, told me that my complaint would remain in Jennifer's file. That is what everyone needs to do so that all of this will add up in her file. I have also found out that the Dr. is married to that awful male office manager. Never could figure out why they put up with the Terrible office staff especially after all of these reviews. Makes since now.

Khristian Simpsen

I have been treated for eight months. Never have I had a negative experience.

Amanda Gould

Dr. Morris and her PAs have been great, but the office staff has been insufferable. They are increadibly rude in person and over the phone. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone about prescription refills, appointments, or general questions. I sometimes dread coming to my appointments because I have to deal with the receptionist or other office staff. They do not treat the patients well at all. Dr. Morris is a great doctor but something really needs to be done about the way they run their business. After posting this review Dr. Morris terminated care with me. According to the letter I received, I was unhappy with office policy. Office policy was never a concern of mine, and it was not mentioned in this review. It is the manner in which the office staff handles patients, their lack of professionalism, and overall disrespect. You’d think that a business would take the multiple negative reviews about the incompetent office staff as useful feedback and make appropriate changes, rather than firing the clients who make constructive criticisms.

April Hollie

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They screw you over, the front office is incompitent, the staff is nasty to people and incompitent. Dr morris changed my meds and fired me 3 days later. Yet NO ONE would return my calls when I said i have major suicidal thoughts. Ended up in the hospital. Don’t worry this place is going down hill fast. Smells like mold in the office, just do not waste your time or money. They will fire you for not amiling.

Mary Jenkins

Horrible!! They have no idea who any of their patients are. They confuse urine samples and use information you voluntarily give them against you after promising to help you. Disgusting to treat vulnerable patients as a money factory. Expect to be disreprected and disregarded as a human being if you go here. They break confidentiality laws with impunity.

Connor Bowlan

I go see Dr. Jones at Edmond Psych Associates and she's a sweet, enthusiastic, caring doctor. I have no complaints about her whatsoever. However, the way their office is run is disorganized and unprofessional. Nobody likes reading huge reviews so here are things you won't like: the cancellation fee is ridiculously high and so is the cost to see the doctors; the intake coordinator Amey is rude and impatient, hard to reach, and instead of extending herself to assist someone will say in other words that it is not her job. Consensus: the doctors will find you a solution to your issue medicinally if you manage to get through the process of their disorganized and rude staff. Update: Was 3/5 stars. Under 20 minutes after posting this review I was called and notified that I was being discharged because "I did not agree with office policy." I stand by my review, and recommend that you pursue treatment from a different medical office which looks at its reviews and makes changes to their policies instead of taking it out on their patients.

Izzy W

A family member that I assist goes to Lindsey and we have a great experience. Perhaps we just haven’t run into the “rude” staff but everyone has even temperament and even one of the ladies at the entrance says hi and asks how my family member is doing every time and makes sure my family member knows that she looks forward to seeing them every time.

Pete Castle

Kristin Harris

I'm baffled by the low reviews. It took me five years to find this place and I've been a patient here for 3 years. Jennifer has helped me in monumental ways. She knows her medications and can check how you metabolize certain things. I don't feel like a test subject trying to find the right medication fit for my anxiety/depression/etc. She has helped me find the right medication for my illness and my body and then taper off as I am able. Also, her staff is incredible. They put in overtime hours to get me into Mayo Clinic to be seen through the Psychiatric Clinic and mood and depression center. I spent two weeks in group therapy out of state and realized that what we have in Edmond, OK in this clinic is very rare and difficult to find for the majority of patients across the nation struggling with anxiety, depression, bi-polar and behavorial disorders. Honestly, this Clinic will take care of you if you give them a fair shot and don't give up. There are some learning curves if you have never dealt with controlled medication prescriptions. They are timely and responsive, but the patient has to stay on top of their needs and not wait until the day before the medicine runs out. I had the same experience as far as the shock in cost when I first went in. There are certain cards they don't take, and if you have mental health issues, unexpected things like this are stressful. There billing office will sort it out though and they will take care of you. My first year held a lot of eye-openers but I didn't give up. There have been a few pharmacy mix ups. After changing pharmacies, I discovered it wasn't the clinic but that certain local pharmacy that was inefficient with the care. See if your insurance plan in the upcoming calendar year includes behavorial health. If it doesn't, but if you are diagnosed with one of the top 5 mental illnesses in the state of Oklahoma, your insurance has to cover behavorial health in those cases. It's the difference between having a limited number of visits before you pay everything out of pocket or having an indefinite number of visits so you don't have to eventually pay for everything out of pocket once you hit 10 visits. When I first went, I thought it was quite expensive. But now I know my diagnosis and my insurance covers a lot in full with minimal copays. Don't give up! Financially, mental health is an expensive road. It's so easy to get discouraged when you are struggling and stressed. But you can find the right care and minimalize the costs as you learn. I'm still learning. At the heart, these are good people and they will take care of you. I see a lot of reviews questioning the motives and hearts of the staff here. That honestly discourages me. Remember, this staff is dealing with a unique group of patients at a high stress level. At my very worst, I was so critical because I was hurting and had been for so long. I felt frustration in the beginning too, but it was because I was learning. When I walked in, I was my own health advocate. Now I have advocates in Jennifer and Kris. No clinic is perfect, but this one has saved my quality of life. THANK YOU.

Savanna Smiles

I don’t know why there’s such poor reviews ?? This place is very professional, they call you back in a timely manner all you need to do Is leave a message . The staff is nice, I’ve never had any issue with anyone what so ever . They of course prescribe medications because this is a psychiatrists office , if you need only counseling then go to a counselor . They listen to your needs and give you what they think will help you best ( weather it be depression, addiction I believe they also do, anxiety issues , bipolar , really anything any other psych office would do . Second I’ve been to many psychiatric places , whoever said you don’t see the “main psychiatrist” — I’ve never seen the main one in any place, and you don’t need to , the ones you get are more then qualified to take care of you . So, Professional honest place to go .

Lars Black

Awesome Staff - Listened to my issues and working to solve - Thanks Rachael

TERRIBLE STAFF! Being charged $120 late fee because I called 22 hours, not 24 hours ahead to reschedule appt, and I have been going there for 3 years! I like Rachel Tromley’s a psychiatrist, however as many have noted, their staff is unfriendly and even rude at times. They rarely answer the phones, and you must rely on a call-back sometimes many hours later. The wait can also be very long up to 30-45 mins after scheduled appt time. Yet they are complete sticklers about late fees as mentioned above also. And of course, according to Amy (who rarely answers the phones), apparently the office manager is “too busy to return same day phone calls.” It’s truly a shame when a business treats customers this way. The have definitely lost my business. Go to Stanbro Healthcare Group LLC, 2000 E 15th St #400a, Edmond, OK, 73013. Much better!! Highly recommend Kristen Colton at Stanbro!

Rob W

There is no service here. They only want your money. Office staff is rude and unprofessional. The office space is uncomfortable and cluttered with no comfortable seating. If your doctor refers you to this place ask for somewhere else. Please learn from my experience!

Ticked Off Client

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Just like previous reviewers have mentioned, the support staff here is HORRIBLE. They are unprofessional, lazy, rude and incompetent. Dr. Morris is normally pretty great, but she has her moments where I question why I spend my money here. If you want your prescription refilled, good luck. If you want to call in and talk to a live person, good luck. They won't return your call (most times) and 9/10 times, I have to drive up there (25 minute drive from where I work-- taking up my entire lunch break) to remind them of the refill request that I sent over 3-4 days ago. In a NORMAL, PROFESSIONAL establishment, they would apologize profusely for the terrible customer service that they've given you, but instead, they act like you're being unreasonable for wanting the script that you ran out of 4 days ago and they're so so RUDE. The best way I can describe them is money hungry, un-educated, lazy workers who for some reason haven't been reprimanded or fired. Don't waste your time here.... You will be SEVERELY disappointed.

Shawna Hawkins

I have never been disappointed coming here. The staff is kind and professional. Dr. Ashley is so very kind and seems to genuinely care about helping people.

Steph Porter

It is purely a money mill, discourteous staff and "professionals" that do not even understand basic medical facts or privacy laws. PLEASE save yourself the aggravation and money and do not go there. Love to threaten the patients, the most vulnerable, especially, being the easiest target. The embodiment of evil and greed.

Reagan Ballard

Absolutely love Dr. Morris and her staff! They always make sure I am taken care of and actually make me feel that they care about me. Would absolutely recommend for anyone needing help.

Donald Mohmed

This place is strictly a pill mill. They could care less about patients. It's all dollar signs to them. If you wanna know what their prescribing today just get the list of pharma's they take money from

Peyton Sheppard

The staff is the only reason the place even gets a star besides the lady that answers the phone to schedule appointments and the PA, Vaden Danielsen. Do NOT ever even think about scheduling an appointment here if you have MAJOR grief issues. Vaden did nothing but make my grief TEN TIMES WORSE. It’s like she literally is heartless after some of the things she said to me. I felt so much worse after my visit and I never ever want to go back to see a psychiatrist ever again. I do not recommend this place at all, PLEASE pick a different place for psychiatric care.

Chad McCoy

Most everything has been said. Staff takes the path of least resistance.
