Called to get an appointment from this doctor and after answering a barrage of questions (about whether or not she would be needed for court, if my appointment would be associated with a disability claim, if I was currently attempting to get worker's comp...) I get a call back 4 days later from a woman stating that the Dr. would not be accepting me as a patient. When I asked if there was any reason why I wasn't being accepted the woman said "not really". Seems like the Dr. is cherry picking clients in hopes of a big payout, and not really that interested in actually helping people who simply need the help...but that's not my business.

My first visit, I was a little taken back by her. She said some things that made me feel stupid/like she thought I was lying, but that could've been my anxiety talking. On the second visit, it was MUCH better!

BEWARE!!!!!!!! By far the worst doctor. My first visit with this lady and she was on the phone for 80% of the appointment. She was very unprofessional. She does not abide by the HIPPA law, she had the door open with another patient and I was able to hear the other patients problems and medications she was taking. She did not listen to me nor look at my other medical records. I have had dx by other doctors, even in different states. Their dx was actually similar to one another while hers was no where even close to what is wrong with me. She gave me medications that was different from my past dx and even her dx. She is an overall a horrible doctor, I cannot believe she is still practicing medicine.

Dr. Feliciano is a very good doctor with lots of experience who genuinely cares for her patients. You cannot go wrong with her!

the lady that answers the phone is horribal shes answers the phone you cant hear her you have to ask if its DR. feliciano's office you get a yes in a short tone she act like your waisting her time is very rude and I ask if their taking new clients all you get is a call back wends. no explination why and when you ask why shes very rude again like your stupid for asking and i could continue but if im picking a doctor its deff. not gonna be one that im treated like an idiot for asking questions i shouldnt have to ask in the first place and especially not choosing a doctor that i call and their rude as can be to me the doctor might be good but ill never find out cause ill take my money else where you need to get some differant staff thats friendly and you can actually hear and that actually wants to help cause it represents who you are.
