My daughter was a former patient of Dr. Morris. Dr. Morris' staff are very rude, unhelpful, and incompetent. The office manager and receptionist are HORRIBLE! I went to their office to pick up medical records after calling for two days with no response, and their office receptionist was incredibly rude and the office manager came out and shouted at me. I was shocked. It was unlike anything I have ever experienced before. Completely appalling. I have informed Dr. Morris and received no response, so apparently, she doesn't care about their behavior. We will never go back.

I won’t go back and I don’t recommend this facility. The person I saw for my problems ended up making me worse. She is was belittling when she speaks to you about your problems. You also don’t get her full attention, I asked to see about getting switched over to Dr. Morris but they refused.

Casey Lee

Dr. Morris and her staff have been EXTREMELY helpful to me. The staff in the front office is tasked with being gate keepers; they do this job flawlessly and with kindness. Dr. Morris herself is very compassionate, understanding, and takes the time she needs with each patient. I have also interacted with Lyndsey Jones (APRN, CNP) and she is equally as amazing. She is competent, kind, and thoroughly explains medications and health issues. Lastly, Aleah a MA, is truly wonderful! She is always kind and assesses each situation with a clear sense of the patients needs. She has helped me multiple times and was an amazing resource of knowledge!

Dr Morris is amazing. She is one of my favorite doctors – always pleasant and incredibly supportive and helpful. She is thoughtful and intentional with her medication suggestions and she always has a lot of great non-pharmaceutical recommendations as well. She makes me feel comfortable and her help with my anxiety has totally transformed my life.

Abbie Whitley

I have no experience with the Doctor directly, but Lindsay in the front office was extremely rude. I work in a pharmacy, she called to discuss a patients profile and called me a liar when I told her we had no record of the patients prescription. I kindly referred her to my superior who told her the same thing I did. Turns out the patient hadn't turned in the prescription yet.

I have been going to Dr. Morris for a few years now and as Dr. Morris is fantastic - her office staff is consistently disrespectful and unprofessional. The staff has continuously gotten my prescriptions wrong, barely returns any calls and smell horrible. I know of at least five other patients of Dr. Morris who have left in response to the unreasonable staff. I pay way too much to be seen an hour later than my original scheduled time on top of my continuous horrible experience with the staff. I have done my best to turn a blind-eye, but I can’t anymore. I have referred so many people to other doctors just because of her staff. As Dr. Morris as I said is great but I do not recommend coming here.

I faithfully went to my appointments and paid out of pocket for the service yet when I had yet one more medication change that I was told to call about if I had problems then I got no reply from the office at all. It is one of the cardinal rules that medication should be adhered to for success and I can say that I do NOT have it. It takes a team effort for mental health success and I'm very sorry to say that ms. Morris has dropped the ball for me. Care for mental health in Oklahoma is definitely not what it should be. I have had to struggle through on my own and use skills I learned in another state since my medication is not properly balanced anymore .

I never even seen Dr. Morris and gave them over a 24 hour notice only because it was the weekend or it would have been sooner. They are still billing me for an office visit witch I never get a bill for and I have been trying to get in contact with them for the last 3 days and they won’t call me back. They are going to turn me into a collection agent if I don’t pay within 10 days. Witch I have no idea when they sent the letter because I don’t have it. I’m hoping to get a return call within the next couple of hours so I can resolve this problem

I started coming here a little over a year ago. I was nervous to say the least. Dr Morris and her staff made me feel comfortable. Struggling with depression and concentration issues my entire life, I finally have reached a great place through the use of medication and counseling. I truly feel that Dr Morris cares about her patients and wants the best for them. As for the other office staff, they have always been kind and helpful for me. I do realize they are very busy and with that being said, you can't expect immediate response but they will take care of you.

Not going to say anything directly about Dr. Morris, which was my first mistake. Should have left it on the Edmond Psychiatric review page instead as I did now. Short & brief or go read my longer review the Doctor is sweet, says to call her if anything goes wrong, yet you are NEVER allowed to speak to her over the phone. EVER. It only gets translated through the pipeline. Read review on Edmond psychiatric and it will answer most of your questions.

prescribed nuvigil for gad. what more do you need to know?

Attentive professional long waits in the waiting room but worth it!!

JAMES Easley

Excellent Doctor. Very caring and interested in patient's success.

Dr. Jennifer Morris was my doctor for approximately a year. I was paying out of pocket, but I was willing because I thought I was getting good medical care. I was wrong. During that time she prescribed thyroid medication which worsened anxiety that she was already treating me for. I missed 1 appointment. I was charged $250 for the missed appt. fee. She would not see me until I paid the $250, and it was not open for discussion. I went to the office close to closing time so that I could hopefully talk to someone..(hopefully privately??) I was hoping to talk to Dr. Morris however the office manager-Steve Fleming proceeded to tell me I would never have an opportunity to discuss this directly with Dr. Morris, closed the sliding glass window on me, and then that’s when the shouting started. Steve Fleming is extremely rude, unprofessional, condescending, and surly. He has NO INTERPERSONAL SKILLS. NONE. Steve Fleming screamed at me, told me to leave, and also said he was going to call the police. And THIS is the person who runs an office that provides services to people with mental health issues? Really?? This all went on with the rest of his staff just watching it happen. As it turns out, he DID NOT call the police-and I left shortly thereafter, with my 3 young children. A couple of days later I got a letter from Dr. Jennifer Morris terminating our doctor/patient relationship (firing ME) because I “didn’t agree with her office policies/procedures”...and another invoice for the $250 missed appt fee. I have never been treated the way Steve Fleming treated me; never before in my life. After she fired me, I went to not one, but two Endocrinologists who both told me there was nothing wrong with my thyroid-the thyroid medication she prescribed was completely unnecessary. My experience with Dr. Jennifer Morris and her office manager Steve Fleming was ABYSMAL. Ridiculous. Dr. Morris doesn’t care. She is all about the money.

I was a patient of Dr. Morris for over 5 years. In the beginning I thought she was in fact saving me from something no other doctor could. Within the first month she found out my thyroid was low-which no dr had ever mentioned- so I was put on a thyroid hormone. Finally found the right mix of medications. Usually sweet and upbeat and appeared to truly care about her patients-would say “if you were my sister...”. Very compassionate. NOT anymore. The last year I have felt like the last thing on her mind at my appointments. My work was trying to get me certified for fmla and couldn’t read her handwriting and she wrote to a reputable organization who paid my bills and hers “Sorry! If you can’t read it find someone who can!” How u professional?!! Especially as it was meant to help your patient. Caused a ton of drama with my employer. I once told her in conversation that I had to change my medication location because I had accidentally taken the wrong pill in the middle of the night and she took that I was suicidal ( absolutely was not) and told me if I didn’t check into the er to a psych unit she would call the police?!? I’m sorry what?! She created all kinds of unnecessary trauma for a patient on two occasions. Lastly, I missed one appointment and tried to get rescheduled. $250 fee, and couldn’t come back til I paid it. I offered to make a payment but not good enough. I tried to talk to dr Morris as she always says to call her if you need to talk to her but you never can. I was then “fired” after more than five years for having a balance which went again “office policy”. No idea who actually follows any policy in that office they are all horrible. Extremely rude and Unkind. Amy is the worst. And the office manager shouldn’t be dealing with any patient much less mentally ill patients. Dr. Morris used to be one of the different drs who cared for her patients and wanted to make things better. Now she’s just one of the many. Extremely disappointed in her business practice and on a personal level.

The doctor is fine but the staff at the front desk is the worst I have ever had to deal with at any doctors office. They are rude and terrible to deal with. They never answer their phone and you can never get a hold of the doctor. You have to leave a message every time even for refills. They did not send me a reminder text or phone call for my appointment and with my busy life I forgot to come. I asked them to waive the no show charge and they told me that it was their error on not sending me a reminder text but that they would not waive the charge. 2 years ago when I started going there they way over charged me and it took them months to figure out what was going on and credit me back the money they had over charged me. I will never go back here ever again and I would suggest anyone looking for a doctors office to not go here. I know of at least 2 other patients that stopped coming here because of the office staff as well.

Kimberly Hatcher

She was the first person who truly listened to me when I needed help over 10 years ago.

I am a counselor who from time to time have clients come through my office who need a psychiatrist. Without hesitation I recommend Dr. Morris. I have seen her reputation for being a skilled physician and for genuinely caring for her patients has been demonstrated multiple times. When I'm asked who I recommend in the Edmond area, it's Dr. Morris.

Lindsey Hobbs

Dr. Morris is the most caring doctor I’ve ever seen. She helped me gain my life back after suffering from postpartum depression. She loves her job and cares deeply for her patients well being. She’s seen me more than once for emergency visits and never makes me feel rushed. My baby got his mommy back bc of her!

Bianca Nicole

Trash staff and the head Dr which is a male btw couldn't care less about the people coming in. The receptionists are incompetent. They removed my previous post. Truth hurts

My wife is a recovering addict. Although I am not a doctor, I have a hard time understanding why she would prescribe an amphetamine to someone she knows has had a substance abuse problem. This doctor is a pill pusher. Every time my wife saw this doctor she came home with a new prescription.

Renita Meadows

I am looking for a doctor for my husband and read the reviews. Thanks for the honest reviews about the staff because I don't want to be in trouble for getting crazy with a rude and unprofessional member of the staff. Its close to home but is obvious that its not worth it!

Mary Jenkins

Rude, incompetent and violates privacy laws. Do not expect respect or or confidentiality from this "doctor". Threatens to fire patients when her opinion is questioned.

Connor Bowlan

I go see Dr. Jones at Edmond Psych Associates and she's a sweet, enthusiastic, caring doctor. I have no complaints about her whatsoever. However, the office is owned and run by Dr. Morris and is disorganized and unprofessional. Nobody likes reading huge reviews so here are things you won't like: the cancellation fee is ridiculously high and so is the cost to see the doctors; the intake coordinator Amey is rude and impatient, hard to reach, and instead of extending herself to assist someone will say in other words that it is not her job. Consensus: the doctors will find you a solution to your issue medicinally if you manage to get through the process of their disorganized and rude staff. Update: Was 3/5 stars. Under 20 minutes after posting this review I was called and notified that I was being discharged because "I did not agree with office policy." I stand by my review, and recommend that you pursue treatment from a different medical office which looks at its reviews and makes changes to their policies instead of taking it out on their patients.

This clinic and its 3 providers are truly some of the most educated, respectful, kind and are all willing to go the extra mile to put their patients first. The staff are always very welcoming and make you feel very comfortable upon entering. I would absolutely reccomend Dr Jennifer Morris, Rachel Tromley APRN & Lindsay Jones APRN to any family member or friend needing their services. It's a rare thing in today's age where an entire office work together to put first as well as doing so in a timely manner- def. 5 ⭐️ practice!

Tiffany Faye

Worst from of house staff I’ve EVER experienced. Their “manager” told me to shut my mouth for asking a question. They’ll get themselves in trouble soon.

Dr. Morris is great and very thorough with explaining medications. She really seems to care and to take the time to listen to her patients. Unfortunately she must not realize how severely incompetent her office staff is. Although there are usually 5 or 6 people hanging around the receptionist area, don't ever expect to get through to anyone on the phone. And if you leave a voicemail it would be a miracle if they returned your call. Among other issues, the final straw was when I was unable to pick up an important medication and after 2 days of calling and leaving messages decided to stop seeing Dr. Morris because of her staff's inability to resolve a simple issue. Perhaps they have forgotten they are dealing with peoples' mental health. I would avoid this office and find someone else. It's difficult enough finding a good psychiatrist.. Sad that such a knowledgable provider has to be represented by such an unprofessional staff.

Danielle Lowry

I’ve been going to this office for over a year and almost every time they have neglected to send the prescription that I am seeing them for to the pharmacy, despite the fact that they are completely aware of their mistake. The appointment prices are far to high for their service to be anything but superb, and it’s incredibly poor. I highly dissuade anyone from seeking professional help from this office.

Sl Meyers

For medical reasons, I needed to change from seeing this doctor's PA to seeing her. All seemed fine. But the office people were mad about the change (and I guess they assumed it was something personal.) They changed my appointment time from 2 pm to 10 am, and didn't tell me. They claimed they couldn't get through on a reminder call. Hmmm, nobody else has ever had any problem reaching my cell phone and my phone showed no call. Now they want a **$200 no-show fee.** This isn't San Francisco or Manhattan--this is central Oklahoma. NO other doctor I've ever seen has such a punitive no-show fee. Because I didn't have $200, I was fired and had to wean myself off my medications. I think Dr. Morris is a great physician and she was really doing a great job for me. Does she know what her people act like toward her patients, her customers? Nobody deserves to be held upside down and shaken till all the money has come out, before getting continuity of health care. If I had a million dollars, though, I would not pay a no-show fee for a changed appointment time, especially not to people as unkind as those two working the front desk at Edmond Psych.

Connie Lingle

Dr. Morris has been VERY interested and caring about me from the beginning 8 years ago! In fact, she probably saved my life. One must always consider the "office people" with the doctor, but I feel satisfied with action taken to resolve staff/patient interaction! When the dr works for me, I can look past abrupt/short staff for a time before speaking with the dr about the issues. Definitely consider the providers her first.

Shelby Gilbert

If I could give a 0 star review I would! She fired me because they told me they took my insurance but then after putting me on a brand new shot, fired me WITHOUT GIVING ME 30 DAY NOTICE OR A F******* SCRIPT just because apparently my insurance didn’t pay and I couldn’t pay everything up front. THIS OFFICE IS MONEY HUNGRY AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. SHE WILL FIRE YOU JUST LIKE SHE DID TO ME AND EVERYONE ELSE. I honestly thought she was wanting to help me but obviously not! Go to someone who cares about their patients.

Crystal Westbrook

Dr. Morris was quite punctual on appointment time. In fact I was the one running behind. I felt very comfortable with her, and strongly feel she was listening to what I was saying. Every queztion I asked was answered in language/words I could understand. she talked at my level, and not way above like most peers in her profession. i feel Dr. Morris was very friendly, outgoing, and awesome at what she does. I felt like I was important.

Jennifer Lettner

Was discharged for leaving a 2 star review, with a not very nice letter. Nobody will call me or talk to me. The office manager is on vacation. This is beyond unprofessional. Their staff is horrible! Tread carefully!
