It’s okay. I like the dr, I feel like he listens and cares about my needs, I just don’t like how the office runs. It literally takes like three hours to get out of there. Wish they were faster!!

It's been hard to come to terms with my diagnosis my whole life... Dr. Alkhouri is the first doctor in 20 years to give me the right balance of medication to function. He's kind, compassionate and although the receptionists most the time are AWFUL, he's amazing! I would recommend him to anybody and everybody!

I'm not a patient but take someone that is. They have been going to another doctor for a while and could never get their medicine squared away quite right. They went here and after the first visit they got what they needed. Dr. Al-Khouri is kind and spends time listening to what you have to say and is very polite. You can come back every other week to fine tune medicine if needed which is nice. Some information you need to know about this place and you might gather this from reading other reviews. The two ladies at the front are very different it seems. Some people say one is rude and the other is a lot nicer but I have a feeling the ones that say she's rude are probably not very happy with how long they have to wait. You will be sitting in the waiting room for quite some time. I don't think we've been in and out in less than 2 hours. You'll sit for a while and they call people back in large groups to another waiting room. Then the Dr will call one at a time to his office. If it makes you feel any better the couch and chairs in the 2nd stage waiting room are much more comfortable. Once you're in the 2nd room you'll be in and out no less than 30min. I think people would enjoy this place a lot more if they were up front with wait time and had nicer chairs in the front waiting room. The Dr sees a lot of people and doesn't come in right when they open so id suggest getting an appointment at 10a or later. I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars mainly because of the wait time and how uncomfortable the chairs are but the Dr and front desk ladies(in our experience) makes it well worth the wait!

Dr.Al-Khouri is an amazing Dr. He actually spends time with you to try to understand what issues your going through rather than throwing medication at you saying ,here try this. The wait time is a little lengthy sometimes ,but I believe its because he listens and doesn't try and push people through like cattle so to speak. Having said all that, the fact is ,he is truly a great Dr.

There’s always at minimum a 1 hour wait. More often then not it’s longer.

Dr. Al-Khouri is awesome. I finally got on the meds I needed to be on. He is very kind and actually listens to you and asks questions. I will continue to be a patient of his, I cannot thank him enough for helping me!

For one thing This place needs to get new recreceptions. Iam not even a patient but i do take someone there to get help. And i have never seen or heard of the way the ladies talk to the patients. Also i have heard them making fun of a lady that was there for help . this is not right i have brought this up to the doctors attention but they still are continuing there ways . Also execpt to be there most of your day they are in no hurry at all. This is not fair and needs fixed . i will be looking for other help for the person i take there.
