Unless you have all day to wait in their office, avoid Dr. Abdelaziz Group. At both of my appointments there I waited for an hour to be seen. It was completely disrespectful of my time.

Dr. Abdelaziz is an amazing doctor and I would and have told people to go to him!! I have been seeing him for a good 4 years or more as well as my kids and husband. He is very thorough, smart, understanding, and willing to work through things no matter what's going on. I really like the fact that there is Telemed now because our drive was a pain in the butt and really convenient for all of us. Staff is helpful and normally pretty nice but I have been with him throughout a couple moves but I wouldn't trust my kids life in anyone else's hands. One of my kids had seizures, schizophrenia, PTSD, and ADHD and he didn't say I can't do this he said let's get to the bottom of all of it!!! We love you Dr. A !!!!!

STAY AWAY!!! I am not one to complain and this is, I think, the first time I have ever even written a bad review on someone but dealing with these people has been a complete disaster. I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks out. 2 days before the appointment the front desk person, I assume, called me to ask me personal question about why I really needed to come in. Then, on the day of the appointment he called me and canceled the appointment but said he would call back in a few hours to reschedule. NO CALL. Then....3 days later I called to reschedule and was told again that he would call me back in a few hours to reschedule me. NO CALL. So, again, I called 2 days after that and asked why he never called me back. No answer. Just said that they have been busy. Incredible! I have NEVER been treated so poorly by any Dr in my life. If I were you I would avoid this place if you are a new patient. They wont see you even if you make an appointment and will string you along. I am still just floored. All I can assume is that maybe they are going out of business or something or just are extremely rude people.

I enjoyed my visit for the most part and the staff is very well kept. my entry into the progam went very smoothly although the was a fourty minute wait. my appointment was at 9:15 a.m. and i was seen shortly before 10:00 a.m., in conclusion it was an enjoyable experience and well worth the wait

I love Dr. A and all of his staff! They're patient with me and I can be a handful. They are some of the most down to earth people I've had to see in the medical field. I highly recommend them to anyone! And you don't have to wait forever in his office. Its always been a quick experience for me. 5 stars guys...keep up the good work!

I should start out by saying that I do not see Dr. Abdelaziz. I followed my doctor to this office when he transferred, office staff is very polite and helpful, the office is very clean and well managed. I normally deal with the same people at every monthly appointment, which is nice because it makes me feel pretty welcomed. They have an entertaining area for small children and have always had cartoons playing on the TV above. There is a pharmacy on site, but I haven't had any interaction with them, they seem nice enough.

It says it opens at 9:30am. However, I've been calling and it keeps going to a pre-recorded message saying it's closed. This isn't the first time either. Are they just always late to work? Are they just not answering? Is the phone they provided wrong? I just want to talk to a doctor. I need help. This is sad it's 10:10am and they still won't answer.

He his a fantastic practioner, Doctor and professional who truly has the care of all of his patients and their families in mind when he treats each them. You never feel rushed or like you are just a number. We love being a patient of his & gladly left the last office he was at to follow him!

Ive been going to this office for a year and while I’ve never met eric odum I fully agree with absolutely everything he has said to be the truth. Stay away from this dr. He knew nothing about my file. I saw his nurse the whole year I was there and she gave me all the wrong meds and had me over medicated. My last visit there I waited 3 hours past my appointment time ! The staff lied to me about my counselor running late and when I finally saw the actual dr. He informed me that she had been let go. I’m now considering taking legal action due to insurance fraud and mishandling my medical. DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR!!!

I, too, would avoid this place as a new patient. And whomever is working the phones is not very knowledgeable. Not a good place to deal with for the first time if you are experiencing emotional issues. Very disappointing as I am sure the doctor would have provided the help I needed. Not good coverage for Blue Cross customers either.

I used to love this office. I saw my doctor on a timely basis, I had no problems getting my medications refilled. Now they constantly overbook themselves leading to my appointments being rescheduled and shuffled. I've also been trying for the past week to get my medication refills sent to my pharmacy. I've left voicemails and called and spoken to someone multiple times and still do not have refills for medications I have run out of. This office has gone downhill.
