I took my youngest in on Monday recommending the provider look in her ear. NP Jenny Wisenhunt prescribed steroids by Friday morning my daughter has puss coming out of her ear. I go back in and I ask if the ear is perforated and her response is “I can’t tell.”

Our new pediatrician fixed our daughters ear issues in 1 week. This one couldn’t even figure out what was wrong for nearly 3 months. They just rush you in and out and have very bad attitudes. Happy to be gone

Not very impressed. Doesn’t seem to really care or figure out what is wrong with my baby. I hate how all kids are in the same waiting room. I have a newborn and there was Sick kids running around everywhere. Not safe for the well children.

I love that they offer same day sick visits and have a nurse triage that returns by the end of business day. Great pediatrician, low wait time and quick appointments.

It’s a very nice place it’s very friendly and sometimes I hate waiting I don’t like to wait a for long time cause then I’ll complain about it but overall it’s amazing and their room we have to stay in is so kid friendly and it has book kids can read while wait!! Good luck!

Not the best, not the worst. Took my daughter to get a flu shot, waited 20 minutes. Nurse didn’t even tell my daughter what she was doing. Just pulled her pants down, stuck her, then the nurse walked out quickly while my daughter’s pants are still down and she’s bawling. I feel like the situation could’ve been handled better.

I love all the staff and especially Dr Loveless! This clinic is amazing at communicating and so accommodating on getting us in on same day sick appointments. The Nurse triage line I have unfortunately had to use several times and always receive a prompt call back or answered on first call. Thank you all for taking such great care of my little Remi :)
