DO NOT GO HERE! Continue to read more reviews dating back years ago and judge for yourself. All that they cares about is getting money, and they will lie to you in every way they can in order to do that. Many people have already said that they left this place worse off than they went in. I’m the same. I have been going here for over a year, and can not tell you the pain they have caused me both psychologically and financially.

I went for an appointment and a year later got a call from collections and I have never even received a bill from them. The collections had an additional $177 in collection fees so I paid the dr bill and disputed the fees because I found out they had my wrong house number if they did send me a bill. Well the denied the dispute and left me stuck paying $177 in collection fees for not ever receiving a bill. I was even here in between the appointment and when the collections contacted me and paid my usual co-payment and no one mentioned that I owed money. Now they probably messed up my 780+ credit score. I would never recommend these people to anyone as they are not organized and I am going to find another provider to go to in the future.

Appalling clerical/ record management. I am a physician and I cannot conceive of an interaction less respectful and less professional than the one I had at the front desk when requesting my medical records. The clerk (Jessica) directed me for this request (or any other ) to the Ombudsman. She did not know the function or definition of the “Ombudsman”, refused to put me in touch with her supervisor or record clerk and none of my calls to the medical records office were ever returned. This institution is in violation of both the spirit and the letter of the HIPAA rules.

Company with the worst record keeping I have ever seen. was getting new bills almost 2 years after we went there. Still disputing $110 charge. They are impossible to get ahold of to talk to when you want to discuss the bill. DO yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I give this place three stars only because of my therapist, Dr. Taddie- Osborn, she is amazing!! As for everyone else as far as who answers the phones and who's suppose to handle what calls...awful! I have had a hold on my account for 3 missed appointments due to work and not being able to take off. I contacted the office 2 out of the 3 times to let them know I wasnt coming. Everytime I call and explain my situation they transfer me to a voicemail, I leave one no call returned. This is week 2 trying to get this talent care of. My mental health is important to me and all I want to do is make an appointment to see my therapist. I've done everything they suggested to do and contact and nothing. They just blind transfer me or leave me on hold. Very disappointed, I had high hopes for this place, not anymore!

I have been going to this location for 2 years and based off of my primary care providers recommendation and my recent experiences I will be finding a new care provider. My doctor left the practice and I was not able to schedule an appointment before she left. I needed to refill my prescription that I've been taking for 7 years, and after talking to the medical services desk they offered absolutely no assistance, were actively rude, and told me the only help I could get is by going to an emergency room. I contacted my primary care doctor who proceeded to call the office and was met with the same lack of empathy or willingness to help in any minor way. We were both directed to the voicemail of the ombusperson who has still not contacted me or my doctor about my situation for over 48 hours now. The support staff do not care about helping the patients, and they make that very clear.

Dr. Eilbeck is a great Psychiatrist. He works with parents of his young patients. My only issue is with billing. It is very convulted and they do not accept cash for copays. Be prepared with a card or check.

BILLING DEPARTMENT IS RUDE AND USELESS!!!! Pay attention to your bills and ALWAYS check them against your EOB from your insurance company! I was handed a questionnaire to fill-out with my updated paperwork forms. Was NOT told the questionnaire was optional and that I may be charged for it. Thinking it was required (just like the updated record forms packet it was included in) I filled it out. I questioned my doctor about it during our next appointment and he said I did not have to pay it, they should have told me it was optional, and he then contacted their billing department himself to remove the charge. The billing department refused and it is still showing up on my invoices. When I called the billing department to discuss this charge the man was BEYOND rude, not helpful at all, and said "I don't care what your doctor said. Pay it or you're going to collections!" I will continue paying all of my other charges but refuse to pay this one, especially after the "service" I received when I called. If I didn't like my doctor as much as I do I would have left this place years ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My wife had an appointment with Shira Fass on 4/12. When we arrived we were told that the appointment had been cancelled. We received that call after we left the office. Later in the day they called to reschedule for the following week. When we arrived for that appointment we were told she had cancelled again and we were lied to by the receptionist who said we got a call, we did not. I can get the records to prove it. This is both unreliable, unethical and very low class for a medical professional. Especially for a mental health professional. They will be receiving my bill for lost wages, transportation costs and aggravation. I am the onebwho has to pick up the pieces for this person not treating my wife with the help that she needs. We will not be going to anyone in this company again and will be letting the Dr. that referred us to her that she is an unacceptable choice.

I went to the office in Brecksville after seeing a doctor for many years at the Cleveland Clinic that I liked very very much. Our insurance changed and would no longer allow me to go to the Clinic. From my first step in the door I was treated with courtesy, kindness and professionalism. These people complaining about their bill must never have asked about it although I've never had to ask. They even offered to let it slide a month on the part that my insurance hadn't paid due to my deductable. I've been seeing Renee D. Pennington and I have to say it's been a long time since I've encountered a health professional that so truly cares about the patient. She's never rushed me for time and has always made sure I was completely comfortable with whatever direction in treatment she wanted to suggest. One of my best friends goes to this office and sees a different doctor. He had suggested I try this place and the doctor he sees was no longer accepting new patients. I got Renee Pennington by luck of the draw I suppose but I am absolutely glad I did and hope she stays with this firm so I can continue to see her. A provider that doesn't allow you to participate in your treatment is not worth going to. I highly recommend this one.

BEWARE HIDDEN FEES!!! If I could rate this place zero stars i would! I went to ONE appointment, at which i decided i couldn't afford to pay $30 copays every time i went and declined a follow up appointment. I then received a bill for another $30, i called around to see what i was being charged for, THEY CHARGE YOU FOR FILLING OUT THE PATIENT QUESTIONNAIRE!!! You get handed a packet and are told to fill it out. They don't inform you that it is optional, or that you are being charged for it. The guy in the billing department is rude and unhelpful and just tells you that it says in the fine print somewhere that the questionnaire will be billed to insurance, and that it's not their problem that insurance doesn't cover it.

I see James Srp and I wouldn’t go to anyone else! He’s very, very easy to talk to, doesn’t judge, and doesn’t talk down to me! Some doctors should take note about how to speak to people who have had any type of addiction.

Just horrible. Judy Levendula is awful and their staff is rude. I had a very bad experience. I canceled my appointment more than 24 prior the scheduled time, however, got a late cancellation bill. Didn't have any energy to fight so I paid it. Please, do yourself a favor and find a better place where doctors care about their patients.

If I could give this a zero star, I would. I tried to get a certain medicine which had helped me in the past. Everytime I brought it up I was told let's try this other medicine first. I could not reach my psychbc person when I needed to speak to them. He claimed to not get my first message which I left on his extension. Then had a clerical person call me back on the two messages I left with someone, not his machine. I lost my job as a result, then my psychbc person tried to blame it on me. I elected to go to another facility, was told they would extend my Rx until I could get the new appointment, then could not get my script renewed. So, I went into cold turkey. If you've ever seen anyone go through withdraw, then you have an idea what I went through. Run away, fast and far. You're better off dealing with your problems by yourself then with the "help" you get here. Does that sound angry and bitter? You're damn right I am, which, by the way, only exacerbated my condition. Ironic, isn't it?

Dr. Melanie Falls is an amazing therapist, who is highly qualified and supportive. She is LGBT friendly and also does couple's counseling, which has been incredibly valuable in my mental-health journey.

It’s a very large office with many doctors and therapist that are all very well qualified and treat thier patients well. With the size being so large many people may complain about communication issues but I’ve not experienced this. I believe you need to do a bit of your own advocating to get results and pychbc has accommodated me very well for many years. I recommend this office to anyone seeking a continuity of serves all in one building with special attention to your specific needs.

Dr. Nicholas Eilbeck is an excellent psychiatrist. He was able to diagnose and work with my teenage son very effectively. He communicates well and makes himself readily available. I have had a positive experience with the office staff as well.

An unnamed male Nurse Practitioner is one of the worst excuses for a human being I've ever met and shouldn't have a license to entertain a rat. My daughter is his patient he will not let me come into his office even though she wants me too and there is a signed release on file. He thinks he is God doesn't return phone calls even if his patient is so sick she's in the emergency room. He is indignant and on a power trip. Stay clear he doesn't give a rats ass about anyone but himself.

DO NOT GO HERE. I made the mistake of not trusting the reviews for this place. I was just told that I have a $75 fee for being no call no show for a appointment that I did not schedule. I was told that there is absolutely no way around the fee. The places already charges a arm and leg for appointments. I work in healthcare and would never no call no show for any appointments.

DO NOT GO HERE. These people have no remorse for scamming the mentally unwell. I go to University Hospitals for all of my psychiatric and therapy needs, but my boyfriend made the unfortunate mistake of coming here first. His therapist was so bland that he said he felt like he was speaking to a rock, and then they charged him $80 for a missed appointment that he’d cancelled days in advance because of said therapist. Now, over a month since then when he cancelled all of his upcoming appointments, they withdrew $120 from his bank account and we have no clue what for. We will be making some phone calls to get a refund and are also considering contacting the Better Business Bureau. Do not make the same mistakes he did! Go elsewhere for your mental healthcare.

Mental Health stigma boosted. Dr. Amanda Horrigan was extremely cold and the experience was purely transactional. This was my first experience with a psychiatrist and I felt so EMBARRASSED and STUPID to talk about my issue with her. I feel like it should be the total opposite. I was reluctant to even see a psych. for my issues and now even more so. I don't know what to do. Are they all like this because it seems counter productive.

I cancelled an appointment and the front desk never removed it from the books. I received a patient relationship termination notice shortly thereafter. I received 1 bill for the missed appointment fee and didn't pay it. A few months later, I received another bill and this time they went ahead and added another missed appointment fee for an appointment I never even had scheduled--- that was for a date AFTER I received my "termination" notice. I never received a phone call to remind me about the cancelled appointment, inquiring why I missed an appointment or why I hadn't paid my bill. It terrifies me that these people are responsible for the mental health of human beings. They are, to put it nicely, incredibly unprofessional. Don't waste your time or your money. And do not subject your children to these abhorrent "doctors", who will do anything for a buck and very little for your mental health.

After many years with no contact, their computer calls me out of the blue and tells me I have an appointment Saturday at 1:30 pm even though I never made it and was not referred. The appointment is for where I currently live even though I saw a therapist in a different location many years ago. The appointment is with Melanie Falls even though I previously saw a different therapist from PsychBC at a different location, many years ago. Beware!!! Sounds like a scam to get new patients. I called to find out what was happening and after 15 minutes on hold spoke to a new-patient-appointment-scheduler who told me I last saw them 5 years ago and transferred me to Melanie Falls' voice mail. I think it was more like 10 years ago or longer, so I think they are lieing about this, too. Comparing my experience 5 years ago with other psychologists, I would suggest going someplace else. Five years ago I found them hard to deal with billing and rescheduling and basically hard to get hold of. I would agree with other comments that indicate they aren't going to help as much as they will hurt your wallet - another reason to choose a different provider. It is possible to find a great psychologist, one that actually helps you improve your life, but PsychBC probably isn't one of them. Don't give up, keep looking... elsewhere.

Scheduling any appointments within a reasonable time was always difficult. If I needed to talk with my doctor, the organization "Psychological and Behavioral Consultants" wouldn't allow patient-to-doctor communication (which is absurd) and would give me to a hotline named "Patient Services". While following a dispute on a bill for over $200, the offices refused to ask my insurance for payment. I've never had to write a review for such poor health service. This was an awful choice for a doctor, and even more of a pain for my wallet. Dr. Elhaj has no people-skills, and requires extensive testing to 'prove' you have the mental illness that you've been diagnosed for (despite what previous doctors have diagnosed, and the number of years you've been medicated). Stay clear, find another private practice or non-profit clinic that actually cares about the patients first.

I have been going to both a therapist and psychiatrist here for a couple of months now and this is the perfect fit for me. Everyone is very nice and non judgmental. They have flexible appointments and I can easily make appointments every week if I need to. They actually care about the people they see, its not all about money. I never felt as if they were just throwing some medication at me, they actually are trying to help me improve myself. I have already recommended the place to multiple of my friends. I do recommend checking with your insurance to see if they are covered and what will be your out of pocket cost before making an appointment so there are no surprises.
