I seeked help for my PTSD , Depression , and Anxiety . Susan Zacharias , had me leaving there bawling my eyes out . She told me that there was nothing wrong with me . I should not take my depression pills , which , my family doctor prescribed . She also suggested that I sale my rental properties . She said that I look fine and basically told me that I need to learn to manage my life better and sent me on my way . So what exactly does someone with a mental illness look like ? I am a ticking time bomb and she down played the serverity of everything that I opened up to her about . I was in a vulnerable state and she had no empathy .

The doctors nor the staff at this place don't care about their clients/patients. They are also so inept at communication it's almost laughable. Places like this are a disgrace to the already terrible mental health services provided in this country.

Dr. Kasandra Ausem is AMAZING! She has helped my 13 year old manage her anxiety, and has helped restore happiness in her life, as well as our family's life. She is very reliable, and has never canceled an appointment. She emails and calls me on nights and weekends, whenever necessary, because she truly cares about my daughter in the moment. Highly recommend!

They mislead about insurance coverage. When calling to schedule an appointment, they will tell you the provider is covered by your insurance. When you arrive you will bet a paper telling you that you need to verify insurance coverage- how is getting this on the day of the appointment helpful? When you find out later that your insurance does not cover the visit, they will tell you it was your fault that you were informed to verify insurance!! And they want you to fill in a form with your credit card information so they can directly bill your credit card! Tell me why anyone would go to an appointment not covered by insurance that they cannot afford and waste their time when they will need to make another appointment with another provider that is covered by insurance. Esp scary as this appointment was for someone with serious issues that need to be addressed.

The front desk staff is extremely unfriendly and just down right rude to the patients.. if I didn’t like my counselor as much as we did I would never go back.

I have been going here for a year and a half now due to having generalized anxiety disorder and OCD...and feel the best I have ever felt since being diagnosed. Mr. David Kwan is a wonderful therapist, I highly recommend him. He ensures treatment is helpful and is very thourough. I went from seeing him every 2 weeks down to every 6 months. I feel great!

Used to go here until my psychiatrist left. Tried getting a new psych since i was already an existing patient there and was told they werent taking any "new patients". Which i was not. Explained the situation and was told that because my dr had left that ill now be considered a new patient. The best part was that i was left without any refils for my medications that i was on for over a year. Which can cause seizures from abrupt discontinuing. Explained this to them as well and they did not care and was told that this was my problem and to go somewhere else. Sadly to say i ended up trying to end my own life because i wasnt able to get my meds and the withdrawl from them was so intense. I firmly believe my attempt was from the abrupt cut off from antidepressants. Wasnt able to be seen by them, and was on a waiting list at another place at this time. No one cares about well being. Only money. As long as the drs get a paycheck, thats all they care about. This place was insanely expensive as well. Never will i ever go back or recommend this place to anyone. Beware.

The worst experience of my life Dr Kara Reilly...keeps canceling my appointments 3times have yet to be seen...Avon facility is no better was transferred just because im on meds cant get refills they dont care.

I've been going to PsychBc for several years. The only thing I'd like to see improved is when you go to a new site, or start with a new provider, your details would be used again so you didn't have to "start over" as if you were new to the company.

I have been going to Psychbc for 5 years. During this time i have seen 2 psychiatrists and 2 nurse practitioners for my medication. The physicians I saw were at the begining of my time with the company and then came the nurse practitioners. The first nurse practitioner put me on an increased dose of my medication after seeing me when my psychiatrist left. She didn't take the time to go over how I should take the medicine so I ended up taking too much medicine. I didn't realize it for 4 months when my running was affected. Also, she placed me on Seroquel and I gained a lot of weight and I just found out from the new nurse practitioner that it can be a major sedative, which i also dont think helped my running. Psychbc is just a factory for treatment that people with mental health diagnosis just have to deal with because there are really no other options.

They scheduled an appointment for me. Called back weeks later that the counselor I was supposed to see couldn't take me for the situation I wanted to be seen about. It was a dual situation and the woman I spoke with said it would be fine. Get a call again I need to be seen by someone else in another office miles away. Very disorganized and not caring. I have wasted weeks of time. Do not go to this group.
