For the sake of your sanity, hence why you’d need to see a place like this - DO NOT GO HERE! My PCP sent a referral in for this practice and they called me to set up an appointment. When they called they Affirmed my insurance and said they would need payment upfront of $150, I said that’s fine. I asked if that was the total cost of the initial visit, the lady said yes. Honestly, that’s the going rate. I went in to my appointment, again they said I have to pay upfront and the TOTAL was $150, I paid this. I go in to see the nurse practitioner, because she was the only person available. Let me tell you, she was horrible, her name is Jennifer. She dressed like a stripper, extremely unprofessional, came off pompous, entitled, cold, and slightly rude. Definitely someone that shouldn’t be in psychotherapy. Basically he augmented my current medication, I left, filled my prescriptions- she screwed them up. A month later when I got for my refill I find that she didn’t give me my 90 day supply as we agreed on. The pharmacist called them and she refused to refill my prescription unless I came back in. I was irate at their service and unwillingness to acknowledge a mistake and fix it. It was the end of the year and I had depleted my FSA/HSA account, couldn’t afford them. I had to make an emergency appointment with my PCP for my presentation; it was easy Peezy. Around this time I get a bill from this place saying I owed an additional $60!!! I called and they said it was this and that and additional services... the lady on the phone couldn’t tell me specifically what it was that went over and generalized it by saying “it’s usually “ yada yada. I paid the bill. But what they’re doing is fraudulent. How many other people do you think they’re doing this sketchy billing practice. I’m so ticked off and offended that I’m calling my doctors practice and telling them they tried to bill my insurance $400 (yeah that’s what they tried) for an initial visit, couldn’t explain an overage due, threatened collection activity on my credit report (true story). Then, I’m going to report them to the Ohio Board of Health. Do not go here people.
