Terrible customer service for billing problems. They act like they pre-qualify with insurance before hand to give you a Dr. in network but they do not. They gave us a Dr. based upon my insurance but did not tell us they didn't check it and then billed us the whole amount and said it was my responsibility to determine if they were in network or not. I would have gladly done this work but they acted like this was done on their side.

The one doctor I saw there was the personable, professional and understanding. She relocated to Georgia after one year of my being her patient. Her name was Doctor. Hasan. After being assigned to Dr. Weiss, he retired. The next doctor assigned was Dr. Elgudin. If you prefer an authoritarian, presumptuous, poor interpersonal skills and an argumentative doctor, I'd suggest seeing her. This is a high turnover establishment including therapists who move on after a year or two complaining of too low of pay. Linda (the administrator) I found to be professional. I'd recommend speaking with her for any administrative needs or concerns as opposed to her counterpart, Denise who is impatient as well as dismissive. Former patient - S. Cosby 01.09.2019
