Pretty unprofessional. Drove all the way here from out of town, just to be told their system wasnt working properly. Couldnt have called like other places? Wasted important time and my gas. Some of us dont have all the money in the world!

Too bad I can't give a rating of zero stars. On top of failing to handle my prescriptions with competence, they have also been double-billing me. If you are currently using their services, particularly through another provider, make sure to keep on eye on those billing statements. It took them three days just to call me back, and after all of my voicemails describing the problem, they still didn't understand what was wrong. Oh, and forget about ever calling them and talking to someone. They have NEVER answered a single phone call.

**CURRENT PATIEN** My doctor is wonderful and caring and listens and very knowledgable and accurate, precise. **Front desk staff usually moody when calling but in person they TRY to put on great face. **NURSES line is a waste to call as they always rude and don't care and my doctor never gets the information that i am calling on so she always lost then. **am transferring to new clinic as this clinic CAN NOT work together as team in best interest of patient.

The Doctor we have is great. But I have made an appointment to go elsewhere. The front desk lady is HORRIBLE! She is snotty and rude. I call to leave messages for the doctor and he never gets them. I always get an answering service, never an actual person.

No one answers the phone. No one responds to voicemail. No one helps with medication issues. No one responds to pharmacy request to refill. They will contact you for money but nothing when it actually comes to care.

Since meridian took over the clinic doctors and therapists aren't allowed to write medical exemption letters, work exemption letters, send information to social security for disability claims or even for transportation needs for the disabled, etc. They are implementing policies that coincide with what Trump wants. To hurt the poor, who are the ones in most need of doctors notes. When I told the nurse my concerns regarding these new policies she was patronizing and laughed at me. The owners just want to take your money. I've spent 4 years getting psychiatric help and psychotherapy from them and now my treatment was all for nothing. I have to switch clinics; doctor and therapist, in order to have all my needs met. This is cruel and absolutely negligent. The owners don't care about you. They are scum.

Always calls me back very great to work with DR Azar... sometimes we have screw ups with chart work and prescription refills ..but they do their hardest to get it done for you in a reasonable amount of time. :)

I have been on the same meds since i was dignosed with bipolar 1 and after only meeting me once for less than 20 min changed my meds and totally stopped my anxiety medication which i need. And she wasnt even a dr she was a nurse i didnt even fill my prescriptions and am never going to this place again

Failed my son. It's a hole in the wall clinic that cares more about getting paid, than it does about patient care and drug interactions. We rarely saw the same Dr. twice, and 80% of the time....appts were over "telemed" making my son extremely uncomfortable.

No one ever seems to answer the phones, it seems like after a while they just ignore it. I had zero response when trying to call a SANFORD nurse was the only person able to get through to them for me.

I want to give them a better rating. But after 17 years of medical history and being with them for 1 year. I met with a nurse practitioner, not my normal doctor and now they are trying to push their mistake on me. Saying I overfilled. If they would send the script right the first time maybe It wouldn't look like that. Its always an issue. I'm done, they don't care and would rather see you get lost. Money is what matters. The receptionist are awesome, Ashley does more to help me out then any of the nurses. Thanks you Ashley.

I would not advise anyone to receive mental health services from this place. They are shady and do not listen to their clients concerns. They rush you in and out as quick as possible not taking into account any concerns that you have. I am now seeing a new psychiatrist that gives the needed time, listens to concerns and gives the needed medications to thrive in every day life.

I don't even think this facility deserves one star. I have had severe depression for many years. I come from a family of nurses and doctor. I know the routine and how things are suppose to go and this clinic is irresponsible in a way I never thought a medical facility could be. I am honestly very surprised they haven't been sued for medical malpractice. There is absolutely no sense of urgency for patients, prescriptions, etc. If you have questions, your calls will be transferred to nurses and your voicemails will go unanswered. I was prescribed Ambien because I can't sleep. The prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy and couldn't be transferred to my pharmacy due to it being a controlled substance. I called twice. Nobody called back. The second time I explained to the receptionist what was going on, so she could understand I needed it taken care of asap. She told me that if it was already sent to the wrong pharmacy they couldn't resend it. So, I guess I can never ever have my medication because of a mistake?? My pharmacy reached out to them a couple times and they didn't get any response. There are other things that I know are done improperly or not at all, but this is the straw that broke the camel's back. I am officially done with them. I couldn't even call quality because the receptionists didn't even know what that is. The fact that these people were able to find jobs at someplace other than McDonald's, is quite frankly, amazing.

My husband was treated nothing more then a number, instead of a patient. He met with the psychiatrist for a total of 20 mins total in his three. Separate. Sessions. Quite pathetic of a place trying to help with serious psychological services. Receptionist are rude and staff never returns phone calls. This place should be sued for malpractice and shut down. My husband left this psychiatrist after he switched his medication 3 times and didn’t seem to care about his side effects. My husband is doing much better now that he got the help he needed with someone else!

I had to transfer my medications to Walgreen's. Because of this I could not get medications for 14 days. Staff did not care about my problems and regularly interrupted me. I sent information about where to send my medications repeatedly, but staff was consistently clueless. I was almost never able to talk to an actual person other than receptionists whose job was purely to funnel me to the nurse's answering phone. When the nurse was able to answer she simply gave me excuses and told me she was telling my psychiatrist. My psychiatrist, Dr. Bache, pronounced "baw-kee", is not someone I would ever recommend. This has happened to me three times before and every time he offers an excuse. He often doesn't even bother to be physically present for sessions. Instead, he relies on the internet to chat with me long-distance even though I still have to physically show up to the appointment. He continually insisted on me coming every month for over a year even though he knew I didn't have a car, and that getting there and back from from where I live takes over an hour. I can't put into words how frustrated I am with this business and its staff. I called two days before I ran out of meds, and this is how long it takes? I only have a week to get refills. This is little positive I can say about this business. I have never been called names or otherwise directly insulted by the staff. Most of the service meets basic standards of quality. Finally, the psychiatric services in Fargo are very, very limited.Even so, Please, don't give these people any more money than you have to in order to get the treatment and medication you need. They are simply profiteering off a terrible, shameful situation.

Appointments tend to last about ten minutes or less, giving off a "get in and get out" vibes. When I have brought up concerns, I was told that it's probably just side effects of medication and that we should check in again to see how things are going. I wonder whether he reviews my mood charts, or is ever concerned that I worry that what I am feeling is something more than having a hard time focusing. I once called to cancel an appointment, and I was told that it had already been canceled (without me ever being notified or called). It had been three months since my last appointment, and I was only recently called and told that my insurance needed to be verified. Not a week or even a month after, it took three months for a two minute verification process. Have a question? It's better to drive there and ask in person rather to wait for the phone to be picked up. Waiting to be called back? Don't get your hopes too high, because the day may never come. With few options to be treated in Grand Forks, CPC has become the most convenient. Unfortunately, convenience can't always make up for the serious lack of quality care.

This is the worst place I have ever been to and is the equivalent to hell. I absolutely lost my mind. And wouldnt even rate it a 1...I stayed for 7 days, and it took 5 days for a staff to FINALLY get all of my clothes that I brought. They mess up people's meds and Mix them up. They didnt give me my meds the day he started me on them.There was a nurse who snapped at me and was talking back to me and being so rude while I was discharging. The doctor I saw was a joke and he was very unproffessional. The longest I saw him was 1 minute. There was only 2 staff throughout the whole adolescent unit that actually helped me. They are SUPER UNDERSTAFFED and they don't answer your requests. This place is awful. I'd NEVER recommend anyone to come to this hell-hole.

Read the reviews before going and had really low expectations BUT i mustve gotten lucky because my experience has been nothing but amazing! Dr kim and natasha are amazing and the front desk ladies are so kind!!!! I highly recommend giving them a go! :)

I have been going here for about 2 years and i see Dr. Tim. He has always been wonderful, brings up things from the last time ive seen him to note any changes and listens like a therapist while we check in for med refills. Good Psychs are hard to find and Dr Tim has been so easy to work with. Ive always gotten my meds on time and never had issues with scheduling.
