Dr Tew is the best psychiatrist in NC. She is very intelligent and compassionate about healthcare. Dr Tew does more than med managment, she is willing to suggest alternative treatments such as exercise, meditation, vitamins, and mindfulness. I highly suggest Dr Tew.

Dr. Aneja has changed my life. After we discussed the issues I was having, she approached my condition with clarity and patience. We tried to see which medication works best for me, and after we talked, she noticed something that even I, myself, hadn't noticed. She evaluated me, and diagnosed my disorder then promptly created a treatment plan. It was a problem I have been in denial from and hiding from sharing with anyone (even my spouse). In the time since I began my medicine, my quality of life has increased more than I can remember. I'm not ruled by my disorder, my mind is clear, and I feel like I'm finally ME. I appreciate Dr. Aneja and her keen eye to see even what I refused to share with anyone. I have my life back and I am so hopeful for my future.

I've been a patient of Dr. Brown's for years. Best psychiatrist I'd ever had for my anxiety and depression. I am being forced to find a new practice because the staff scheduled me on the wrong day and refused to waive the missed appointment fee. The staff has always lacked emotion, but this is the worst experience I've ever had. They never acknowledged what happened. They told me to let them know where to send my records when I refused to pay for the incorrectly scheduled appointment. So now I can't get my prescriptions because they refuse to acknowledge they made a mistake. Instead of supporting me they created a situation where I feel powerless. I recommend somewhere else.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tew’s for ten years now. I followed her twice to new practices. Everything has been fine while she was just doing routine care and helping me come off many medications from an injury I had years ago. Recently though, I have encountered multiple problems with appointments, wait times, requests made of the staff and the general attitude of everyone there. I finally had enough this week when I was left completely in a lurch due to the office’s poor practices. Gross negligence. I am transferring my care. I have worked in medical practices for 25 years and I have never experienced patients being treated this way. I won’t ever go back and I encourage others to look elsewhere if you care anything about quality of care.

Dr. Fields has worked hard to meet my daughters' needs-- she is compassionate, understanding and very thorough. She is incredibly knowledgeable about different medicines and their interactions and uses up to date tests to determine which medications might be most effective. An excellent doctor! Dr. Brown has worked with me, and I have found him to be compassionate and a real advocate for his patients. When my insurance company was not authorizing a medication for me, he spent almost an hour sorting things out on my behalf. In short, Peace Psychiatry has been a very good fit for our family-- A+!
