How rude. Going to someone for help is hard enough as it is! Having someone treat you that way is salt in the wound. Never go here!

Jackson Quaid

Worst place EVER!!! They don't answer the phone. Don't understand how you can run a business that way!!!

David Cole

I've been trying to cancel/reschedule an appointment for several days now. I continue to be directed to a voicemail and get no confirmation that my message has been received. :-(

Lewis Rhodes

Do yourself a favor, and if you are assigned to Dr. Kris Ruangchovit, seek help elsewhere. I've never in my life been so upset by a doctors treatment than I was today. Today was my first, and last, appointment with him after being transferred from Dr. Mcgrath who has left the practice. From moment one, I was treated as a pill seeking drug user rather than someone coming to seek help. Bear in mind, I'm not due for a refill of PRESCRIBED medications, nor did I request one. His method of questioning feels more like a police interrogation rather than one of someone trying to know and help a patient, and I stopped him midway through his questions to let him know this. Knowing then that I was uncomfortable, he did not bother to change his line of questioning nor his demeanor. His overall demeanor, by the way, was incredibly rude and abrasive. It was so bad, it almost sent me into an anxiety attack right there in his office. Seriously, this man should not be seeing patients for anxiety. Go anywhere but here.

The doctor I saw is excellent but the office administration is not. Three things from one visit that went wrong: 1. I was called back the day after because they’d forgotten to take my vitals, and they can’t bill insurance until they have that. It’s a 40-minute drive from my house. 2. They sent my prescriptions to two different pharmacies in TWO DIFFERENT STATES. I pointed this out in the office but they did not fix it even though they said they would. I had to put in several transfer requests among the pharmacies just to be able to fill my prescriptions. 3. The third problem I only realized until I got a bill for $500. They filed the claim from my visit under my former insurance policy instead of my current one. In the office, the staff never asked whether I had new insurance even though I offered to show them my card. After calling the office, I was told I had to call Novant’s customer service line. I’ve never had such a bad experience with any medical office administration before. It’s tough because you have to jump through these hoops just to be able to see a doctor. I wish it were easier to get care.

I can't even get them to answer the phone or call back for an appointment, and that is with a doctor referral. We must all be so crazy that they have too much business to even return a phone call. Try to get your doctor to refer you elsewhere.

Vegan Rebel

Horrible - the receptionist was nasty and rude. They cancel appointments ALL the time and reschedule when you cannot make those time slots. I do not suggest going here at all. Worst place to go. You would think that a place that is designed for people needing emotional or mental help would have more compassion.

Dana Andrews

I called to schedule an appointment and the person who answered transferred me to a voicemail with no name or explanation as to why I was even transferred. What kind of way is this to do business, especially if people are calling for help? She made quite the first impression.

Melissa Morecock

I've had the same problems with the office staff as other people, but also am not thrilled about my doctor. He seems uncomfortable when I tell him about how I'm feeling, and suggests I talk to my therapist. He also seems just uncomfortable in general. It's also pretty much impossible to get an appointment scheduled shorter than three months out which is terrifying when you have a mental illness. The staff also never schedules my future appointments, and the only way I know when it's time for a follow-up is when they withhold my medication refills - an unnecessary addition to my anxiety. I'm on here right now looking for a new office. Also, not a big deal, but the office shown on this page is not this office. Don't know where that is.

Office staff is awful! I received HORRIBLE treatment from the person who schedules appointments, & she even hung up on me! I get that everyone has a bad day, every once in a while, but this was just absolutely unacceptable! & judging from other reviews my experience was not an isolated incident.. She wasn't kind, or at a minimum, willing to help, nor did she try or care to understand what it is that I am needing help with. I will NEVER be seen here based on her attitude & unwillingness to simply here me out! It looks as though many patients/potential patients have felt this way. Who knows how many u have actually lost that haven't chose to voice their concerns..

Tara St. Clair

Have became quite disappointed with the practice. My medication is not being refilled because it's to soon? Yet, My medication was for 15 days, and it's now over 20 days. When I called the office to discuss the issue I was told i would be called back. Not only was I not called back, but the pharmacy said the office verbally denied my request. One of the worst things you can do to a patient is stop their Medication cold turkey. And let's not get started about how "friendly" the front desk help.

Stephanie N

Took my daughter in today and it was terrible! The front desk was awful, they are not friendly, they do not greet you or ask or direct you. The therapist was not kid friendly she just stares at you, listens never gave any feed back. It was a waste! When we walked up to the front desk to check out its like the front staff and therapist didn't know each other! UNPROFESSIONAL AND AWKWARD. I told them don't worry about setting up any other appoinments we are not coming back.
