Worst service ever, they show I didn't show up for my last appt. even though I did, also now one is able to fill a scrip for 5 days. What a joke.

Dr. Olarte helped me when I had Postpartum Depression after my second child's birth. I had struggled with anxiety and depression all my life, and had lots of different doctors over the years. Dr. Olarte got me on meds - helped me understand that I would be on meds the rest of my life - "if you had a heart condition, would you take your medicine? Well you have a brain condition and you need to take your medicine." And he taught me CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) which is an evidence-based approach to dealing with your emotions. I haven't seen him regularly in over 5 years, but I recommend people to him all the time - he gave me new life. :) I wrote this review so many years later because I just recommended him to another mom and realized I never publicly thanked this wonderful man and doctor.

Dr Olarte is great. Staff is pretty bad and not very accommodating. If you're 5 mins late they'll tell you it's too late and you have to reschedule, even though I'm ALWAYS sitting in the lobby for 15+ mins past my appointment time.

Been going since 2016 and I love this office. No matter what everyone is kind in office and over the phone. Dr. Olarte is very professional and has helped me tremendously. I highly recommend.

I have been going to this establishment for ovre six months. I had Dr. Olarte and I told him my fear of pills and how I have not been to a psychiatrist because of my past horrors. So every visit we go over what my possible diagnosis is, which every visit he forgets what we went over. The last visit I talked to him about going downhill and then he jumped from one pill to the next which to me was an extreme drug. I told him that i don't feel like i should be taking drugs if he hasn't even diagnosed me. He told me we have to build a relationship in order to correctly diagnose me. So in turn I will be a test dummy of psychotic drugs until he decides which one sedates me good enough. Of course I was upset and told him I might just go back to the old way no medicine and try to take care of my own problems, he then asked me well was I coming back to know if he will put me on the calendar I told him I don't know I will call to make an appt like I always do. I have never made an appt at the window I always just call to make an appt. He clearly was angry didn't even walk me out like he always does. A week later i get a later stating he can no longer see me due to noncompliance of treatment and medicine. What treatment? He told me see a psychotherapist and now take Prozac when he refuses to diagnose me and just want to pump me with meds when I clearly told him my fear of going to psychiatrist and meds. To me he was unprofessional throwing a fit when all I did was ask what I am due since I have to pay so much per visit. I would not recommend to anyone. Now Candice who does billing was great always worked with me.

Dr. Olarte didn't give me life back. He gave me the capacity to craft an entirely new life. Thank god I googled 'psychiatrists within 10 miles of me' 7 or 8 months ago. I really lucked out.

I have gone here for over a year. Healthcare isn't cheap. It is important that the doctor AND the office provides good client care. Their office staff is extremely frustrating. It is clear the patient didn't matter to them. I do NOT recommend.

I saw Dr. Olarte for several months and he was very insightful, empathetic, and helpful. Some of the office's policies, on the other hand, have been blatantly put into place for financial gain. You are allowed ONE late cancel, meaning less than 24 hours notice, after which you are billed $150 without hesitation. This includes illnesses, emergencies, etc. and the 24 hours is only considered if you call during their somewhat limited business hours. It's one thing to expect timeliness and respect from your patients, but another entirely to create a financial burden for people when things come up unexpectedly. I work in a medical facility and I can say from personal experience that it IS possible to sustain a practice operating on a 'no double-booking' policy without implementing such strict financial threats in the event of uncontrollable circumstances.

Went here for over a year....my physician moved out of state and apparently this made me a new patient to the practice....I missed the initial appointment with my new dr and was billed a $400 missed appointment fee. My chart was lost prior to this appointment as well so I will not be able to go to a different practice and get medications as they will not have my compete record. This $400 fee is obviously an effort for financial gain and while I understand this is a business it seems a long standing patient should not be charged a $400 fee. RIDICULOUS!!!!

my daughter sees Olarte he is good professional however their billing policies and front desk people are Terrible , inflexible All I ask is for them to Call me after her appt to pay the bill , they refuse , then charge me late fees Just Rediculous
