Very rude secretarial staff. The first people you talk to here are very unsympathetic and harsh. They talk to you like they are not working with people that have mental health issues. I would never recommend this office until they fired the entire team and start over. I felt worse after I spoke with them than I did before.

JILL COAKLEY If I could give 0 stars I would.My experience at this Office has been a Nightmare.I urge anyone seeking Mental Health to find another Office. Not only is the Office Staff Incompetent but also Extremely Rude. Twice I have arrived for my Appt. to be told I don't have one even though I have my Appt. Card. One time I arrived 10 minutes early and I was told I didn't have an appt. The Office Staff started arguing with each other about this situation and the whole waiting room could hear. Very Professional! Turns out the Man at the front desk telling me I didn't have an Appt. had no-showed me. The Incompetence of the Front Desk is Unbelievable! I was told a Prescription would be called in to the Pharmacy. It never got called in despite NUMEROUS calls to the Office. INCOMPETENCE!!Twice I was given Prescriptions,One from the NP and one from Dr. Oduwole that my Pharmacy could not fill because they interacted with my other Medications and could cause serious and Life Threatening Heart Issues. INCOMPETENCE!! This proves Medication is thrown at you even if it could be harmful or Deadly. I have waited at least an hour or more to see Dr. Oduwole each visit.Obviously his Schedule is designed to get as many people in and get as much Money as he can.I TRULY believe Dr. Oduwole is all about the Money and not Professional Patient Care.Dr. Oduwole threw so many different Medications at me that not only did it not help me, but made my Mental Health Condition worse. Dr. Oduwole does not LISTEN TO WHAT THE PATIENT IS SAYING BECAUSE HE IS ALWAYS RUNNING BEHIND AND HIS PRIORITY IS NOT ABOUT YOU BUT GETTING THE NEXT PATIENT IN. DR. ODUEOLE IS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. DR. ODUWOLE SHOULD NOT BE LICENSED TO PRACTICE.

Since there is no half star option I am forced to give MOFDAPS as much as a single star. Untimely with prescription refills. Does not communicate with pharmacies to conduct refill requests. Leaves patients uncertain whether they will have their medication on time. Regularly lets office phone go to voicemail during open hours. Very negligent and uncooperative. Take your money elsewhere. Take care of your mental health by going find a doctor that isn't associated with this practice.

He does not care about his patients. only the money he can make off of them, and for how long he can keep them coming. it makes me sick to see doctors like this. Start helping people not your wallet. listen to your patients ,and dont treat everyone like they are stupid and you know it all.

Worse experience I ever had with any type off medical service. Waited 50 minutes for my appointment. Went there to see an MD they put me with NP. Rude, Curt and then didn't even talk to about the problem. Spent the entire time putting information into her computer that I all ready provided them. A complete waste off time. Don't use them.

Receptionist: Randa. Rude. I wouldn't attempt this practice. Couldn't even get through to make an appointment. Terrible service. I can only imagine this includes the head of practice, too. Don't bother. Find a real professional and practice.

Been calling since July 5th asking for a refill on my prescription. My husband stopped by yesterday and spoke with someone. They called me twice this morning asking for my pharmacy's number which I gave to them. Go to pick up my prescription they never called it in.

My Mom has been a patient with Dr. O for over 8 years and has had a very positive experience. He is truly kind, compassionate and caring. He has shown us many times that this is not just a job to him. Yes, he is a busy man since there aren't many psychiatrists in the area, and yes that can cause a bit of a wait in the office but he has always given my Mom the attention she needs. If we hadn't found him over 8 years ago I don't know where we would be now!!! As for the office staff they too are great, but keep in mind that a busy doctor has busy staff, so be patient, and kind to them, and you will likely get it back in return.

Doctor o doesn't care about his patients at all everyone there is very unprofessional I had a relative die and he dnt care to help me or give me any therapy after I been coming for months all he cares about is money from billing insurance

Dr. Oduwole is more than a psychiatrist, he gets to the root of the problem.He listens to you, and tries to find the right medicines for you. He finds a way to keep you out of the hospital, he works with your physician and does a great job. I enjoy going to his office and talking to him. This is the best therapy I've ever had. I feel stronger and healthier since in his care.Thank you Dr. Oduwole for the great service you provide.

Scary place. If you get to see the Dr expect him to also be having conversations on two different phones during your visit. The office staff are rude and not helpful at all.

The worst service we've ever received. The people who work here are inept, they don't follow through on our requests, the doctors themselves don't pay attention to what you're saying and you often end up repeating things because their mind is somewhere else. Above that they don't understand English very well. I'll never recommend this place!
