One of the worst medical offices I have ever encountered. My son had to wait three months for an appointment to be evaluated for ADHD. When he got there, he was forced to wait around in the office for three hours doing nothing. Then they took over six weeks to get the information to his doctor when we were told it would be less than four. We made a second appointment and I was running five minutes late when they called me in my car to tell me that I wouldn't be allowed to come in and I have to reschedule. I'm telling all my practitioners never to refer people there because of their total disrespect of people's time.

I liked my doctor but I will not be back. I needed my medication, office made a mistake and never sent the prescription even WEEKS after my appointment .. I had to go days without a VERY needed medication because no one would call me back. When they DID pick up the phone, I was put on hold for an extended period of time and then my "messages" were never returned or they had no record of them. Finally sent my prescription to the pharmacy a half hour before they closed days later and didn't even have the decency to call me back. Stay away if you need a responsive health care provider who cares about their patients.

This office consists of the most inefficient people who have 0 idea what they are doing. Get yourselves together!

I went here following a sports-related traumatic brain injury. Dr. Vaishnavi and his staff were professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. The appointment took about six hours off and on throughout the day, and they left no stone unturned. I left my appointment feeling a lot more informed about what was going on and with a clear recovery plan. I have referred several of my other teammates here. Thank you for helping me get back in the game!

The therapist and nurse practitioner I have had appointments with have been very kind, respectful, and helpful. The lobby is really nice and the front desk has always been kind to me.

I suffer from depression and reached out to this company to try and find help. I've called their intake department 5 times now. Each time I talk to them I get a receptionist that assures me I will receive a call in 1 or 2 days to schedule an appointment. It's been over 6 weeks since I first called and not once have I gotten a call back to schedule an appointment. Giving up on this place. Disgraceful customer service.

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. Went twice. Neither PA listened to me. The reception was atrocious. There is defimate racial bias (I'm white, both PA's were black). On the 2nd visit, the nasty PA actually challenged me to a physical fight! I had simply questioned something and she stood up, loomed over her desk, made snide remarks...I remained calm, but on alert, and told her I suggested she sit back down. Her response..." OR WHAT"?, challenging me. I again told her to sit back down, and she got closer to my face and said "OR WHAT" again. I walked out stating I wouldn't take this abuse. Apparently she wrote a nonsense letter to the director (HAD to be false) and without investigation, he banned ME. She should have been terminated immediately. Wasn't going back anyway...but this was outrageous. Despicable place. All of them. Find a better place to go. My name is Robin Stephen.

They do not care about the patient. A staff member took my meds because told her I didn't like the way it made me feel, then prescribed a higher dosage. And they refused me an appointment because I missed/ forgot the appointment date...said I have to pay the penalty first. These people are the worst ever. Crooks not mental healthcare providers!

I am giving this place 1 star not because of the practitioners, but because of the ridiculously HORRIBLE front desk service. I have called MULTIPLE times and been put on hold for over 20 minutes, not just once, MULTIPLE, to the point that I just didn’t show up for appointment because they would not take my call to cancel it. NO office should put a person on hold for 20+ minutes!!! Time to find a new doctor which sucks because I really liked who I was seeing.

It took 2 months to get an appointment for my son. I called the front desk and I asked who need to be there, they simply said a parent. I assumed all they needed for the initial evaluation was a parent. Some only want the parent's with the initial appointment. When I showed up they said they needed my son to be there. They would not book an appointment for another 2 months, so I said forget it.

Absolutely horrible experience. If I could rate negative stars I would. The P.A I encountered did not listen AT ALL. I have been diagnosed since I was 18 years old and I am now 33. I have also completed TMS. I am treatment resistant and have tried every med under the sun. Prior to moving to NC I had the perfect combination of medications. My previous doctor and I worked for years to formulate this combination through trial and error. However, this did not matter to the P.A. she proceeded to tell me she was going to give me gabapentin for sleep (I told her I had tried and failed gabapentin). She gave me nothing for my anxiety or adhd. I already tried and failed numerous sleep medications, and underwent a sleep study. She refused to do anything more until I underwent a neurological exam. I told her I had TMS done at another nueropsychiatry facilty, this didn't matter. Then she wanted to do a test to determine how my body tolerates medications to see what was best for me. I was so frustrated I began to cry in her office. I told her I couldn't financially afford to take tests at this time. I tried again to ask for the nedications, and I would take the additional tests when I could afford it. She denied me again, and told me I was welcome to go to another facility. I left with no medication and felt defeated, and even more depressed than before I came in. Worst experience I have ever had. If you want help avoid this clinic the patients mental health does not matter.

Full disclosure, I work for Carolina Partners' admin office. But also, I'm a parent to a patient at the Neuropsychiatric Clinic. I know some people might challenge me posting a review here, but frankly, in my role I see all the hiccups and room for improvement at our practices, and there's still nowhere else I'd send my kid. He has complex psychiatric issues, and his care under Dr. Tracy has been unbelievable. Customer service at the front desk level has always been spot on. If you or your child is receiving care, but not thriving the way you know you/they should, I can't recommend Dr. Tracy enough. She knows her meds like you wouldn't believe, and isn't afraid to think outside the box when the box is failing you. Ten thumbs up!!!
