They double booked my first appointment so I had to reschedule, which was fine but when I showed up I had to wait an hour and 30 minutes. I ended up leaving because I could no longer wait due to work. When I asked the lady at the front desk, she said that all appointment times are booked an hour ahead of the actual appointment...which was a little odd to me considering they did not inform me of this when I made the appointment. They also tried to charge my card at the beginning of the appointment but when I was leaving I was informed that the computer didn't receive the payment and that I didn't have to worry about the fee because I wasn't willing to wait any longer. Low and behold, I received bill from Moses Cone a month later for a "no show" charge.

Hands down the best place I have ever been to. The wait is never long and they are quick to get back to you if you have a question. Dr.Eksir is a life saver, he will actually listen to you and he acts like he actually cares about your wellbeing.

Love Dr. Eksir! When I first took our son there, he was on like 5-6 different meds, which Dr. Eksir informed us were all the wrong ones for his condition. He got him down to just 2-3 completely different meds which made a huge difference!

The operator/receptionist is very rude!w She wouldn't let me finish speaking to know why I was calling, she just sent me over to another automated response. First impressions are everything, especially dealing with mental health... Also, I have been trying to set an appt for an hour, online your office closes at 5pm, but when calling I get an automated response that the office is closed.

The receptionist can be very rude and aggressive. They need more customer service skills. Wait times can be excessive.
