Made my mom with severe anxiety disorder looking for help feel unwelcome, anxious and like a drug addict. Show some respect whether it is a lady with no past drug abuse or a recovery patient they should be treated with more dignity, sensitivity and patience. Staff should be better trained to recognize and handle each case accordingly. If your staff gets annoyed with anxiety disorder. Then get better staff members.

I have been going here for years and have recommended them to others. Today I'm highly disappointed after 3 appointment have been canceled by doctor due to birth of his child. I missed the 4th appointment by an hour terrible morning. But they would not squeeze me in or have the doctor call me with test results that we later could go over. Now have to wait 5 more days to get them after waiting for a month. I may look for care elsewhere!!

Rather than address the problems I had of severe anxiety and depression, which is why I came to this facility, the staff here put me through a bewildering array of expensive tests not covered by my insurance to see if I am ADHD. I do not feel that this place is interested in helping anyone, they just want to get as much money as possible out of every patient.
