I can't speak on behalf of Charles' experience, but I've received excellent care from Union Square Practice. My calls and e-mails are always returned within the half an hour and I never feel that I can't get a hold of my clinician even on weekends. I've been in therapy for over a decade, and these are the most talented clinicians I've worked with. They've helped me tremendously come to terms with a diagnosis and work on a successful treatment plan. I've been a patient for going on 4 years and I don't see myself leaving anytime soon.
