Needs more staff, and respectful ones at that!

If I can give bronxcare the Psychiatry Department of 0 * I would is filthy in their dirty the staff is nasty attitudes I went to visit someone on 7th Franklin and psych Department and I was definitely disappointed I'm a nurse in another hospital but they were unaware of that the staff

I had a family member stay there and was not pleased with the quality of care. The way information was given was very inadequate. I wanted a transfer to a different facility and was given the run around until it was too late for another facility to accept the transfer, which I believe was intentional. It was a doctor at the clinic that prescribed a medication that caused the reaction which lead to the hospitalization. I will make sure no one in my family ever goes back there. An emergency worker and their partner asked if that was the only place that was available to accept him with the sound of discontent in their voice which added to my discernment of the situation.

This place needs better management and better trained staff because they are very disrespectful at times some are nice but some need some more training in politeness & better patient care.
