I'm not sure how the number of days a week a doctor chooses to see patients has anything to do with their credentials or their ability to provide care. Dr. Chen has been a phenomenal doctor for me. I can't speak to how other people operate, but I make my appointments in advance and have never, ever had any scheduling or availability issues with him.
