His office is at best low on compitence. Noah Freedman as a therpist is unantive, does a disasterously possible even dangerousl job of listening to patience and their concerns. He busie's himself with the computer screen He has repeatedly dismisted my complaints of early warning signs of anxieties. He dismised my sugestion to start antidepressents with a Benzo. Wich is has worked out pretty well in the past. He ignored my questions if something in my deit or work out supliments may be or do conflict with antidepressents. I had what may have been a bad anxiety attack wensday. I called the office to say say. The secritary unprofessionally and rudely dismissed the problem. Since I have had anxieties and or panic issues once before I somehow as able to stay composed enough to call the PCP She simply did not know enough about the issues to make a plan. I was dismised to go to Saint Victims ER. The doctor and therapist at the time guessed if it's a anxiety issue, but did not have the time to make a more educated guess. I was eventually dismised with a small (8tab) starter amount of Lorazipam. I just now called Noah Freedmans office and was once again ignored- So I called my PCP for a polite follow up. However the her office secritary on Wensday quit working for Freedman because of the sheer arogance and dismisive distracted behavior he repeatedly shows. Hell he can't even see me till may! that is not ok nor good enough He does not have Attending Assistant Doctors for when he's busy doing I have no idea what. That is unaceptable and potentially dangerous. Edit: After3 months: no formal evalaluation if and what is going on with the brain. Just tossing meds. The office after I called blew me off. I have the records of the calls to prove that. His directions do not say what when how start and stop what. Their's words that start with i(eye) and M for that. Time to move on and time for homeboy to stop blaming people for their frustrations and retire.

CHRISTUS St. Vincent Behavioral Health Specialists 440 St Michaels Dr #250, Santa Fe, NM 87505 Doctor Freedman is another CHRISTUS St Vincent MORON. Office staff less than professional. Do they NOT think patients in the waiting room CANNOT hear their EVERY word? Brush up on your privacy manners ladies. Get it together! Doctor schedule running late. Waited 45 minutes for appointment after I was told to arrive 15 minutes (early) prior to my SCHEDULED appointment. For what? To sit and wait for a Doctor who cannot keep time? My life's agenda is equally important as yours. I should have been given a courtesy call. I do not have an hour in my day to wait for a less than considerate Doctor. I am extremely sorry I didn't walk out. Doctor Freedman is weary, disinterested, accusatory. Perhaps it is time to retire Doctor Freedman? Or move BACK to Pennsylvania. You choose. Why would you relocate to Santa Fe from Pennsylvania at the end of your career? I'm sure there is an interesting back-story. I've shredded every piece of ridiculous informational handouts supplied me by you during the office visit. Is this how you 'cookie cutter' your practice? I'll be seeking self pay private care elsewhere!! AND I will be transferring to Presbyterian Healthcare Services in January of 2018.

I have experienced only kindness from the office staff members. Dr. Freedman has listened to my issues and provided me with a diagnosis. I questioned him on the accuracy of his diagnosis. He was willing to hear my feedback and provide me with more information. I have always received clear guidance on medications and tests as well as a written summary of my office visit complete with instructions. Yes - it took some time to be seen when I first made an appointment. Yes it was difficult to reach the office to make my initial appointment. When I have been in the waiting room I see that the phones are quite busy and each caller is treated with respect as well as being given the time needed to discuss their issues. On my last visit my medication was changed. My response was most unpleasant. I placed a call to Dr Freedman describing the difficulties I was experiencing in response to the new protocol. My call was not returned.

I allowed Dr. Freedman to do the dna test he wanted to perform. When I went to make my next appointment, the only available time was a date I was scheduled to be out of state. The receptionist told me she would call me when there was a cancellation. I’ve never gotten a call. I was never really given any helpful treatment. The staff is rude and incompetent, at best. This doctor seems to be helping to keep health care in Santa Fe dangerously inept.

I have a 45 year old son, which has a mental illness. Dr Freeman has more knowledge about the mental health issues that people are dealing with today and from yesteryear. In my opinion Dr Freeman is experienced in this field of medicine.
