I've been having trouble getting out of the house & much anxiety about meeting new people. I know this place wanted paperwork done ahead of time, which I should have done. I got a call from the office lady to confirm my appointment; she left a message & just said if the time didn't work to call. I thought I would just come in early to do the paperwork but there was no one there & no sign in sheet. I waited & Ms. Roessel said she would not see me without the paperwork being done ahead of time. I'm sure she does a lot of good for the community & she does accept insurance however if I treated my patients like she treated me on 03/30/2017 they would not come back.
