The worst hospital in new york city .and the workers are horrible. This hospital need too shut down .asap.

The people who work in the childs psych unit are very very unprofessional. They take allotted time away from you with your child because they have shift changes at the start of visiting hours. They are apathetic and obviously grossly under qualified for the work they are allegedly doing. Our child is in crisis and the level of ego in this place really needs to be investigated . The doctors there will not give you copies of medical records that you request. You are at their mercy and they know it. Someone with some humanity and authority needs evaluate the staff..they are just miserable there and it gets transferred to the children.
