Took over 3 months to get my first appointment scheduled with Leticia. Once we met I thought I found a facility that cared and wanted to help. My first scheduled visit after that was cancelled. Then out of my first 5 appointments, she cancelled 3. So I went over 6 weeks without even speaking to her. On the 3rd cancellation in a row I expressed my frustrations with the cancellations and inability for the office to reschedule or make those visits up in another way. The managers solution was "maybe we just arent the right fit to treat you." Who says that to a new patient, trying something new, in a new office of doctors who are supposed to be there to help. One of the 2 appointments that Leticia was able to keep with me, she came out to get me 40 mins late because the front desk didn't check me in correctly and let her know I had been waiting. This place is a disaster filled with people who really don't care if they help. Shameful.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Called numerous times to schedule an appointment. No one answered for over an hour. Finally got someone on the phone only to be put on hold for a half hour two times. Finally spoke with "a manager" who I told about the long wait times and she said they were busy. Why not hire additional staff? Showed up to an appointment 20 minutes late, which is totally my fault, to be told that I had to reschedule. On the other hand, I have often waited over a half hour or longer to be seen by a doctor. Their schedule is beyond ridiculous for working professsionals as there are no evening or weekend appointments. Doctor seemed aloof and kind of robot-like. Switching as soon as possible and will spread the word that this location is deplorable in terms of customer service.

This place is a JOKE. Thrice have I made appointments only to come in to find out I’m not even on the schedule. The incompetency and lack of genuine concern is beyond frustrating. If you’re looking for professionalism and genuine care go somewhere else.

I was referred by riverside pediatrics in Bayonne, NJ because they don’t have anyone equipped at that location specializing in child evaluations. After waiting on hold for a total of 5 whole minutes, i hung up and called back assuming the silence on the other end of the phone meant I had been disconnected. Upon calling back I was told that since I hung up and called back I would be pushed to the end of the “line”. Is it standard practice to punish patients that are already overwhelmed and anxious about seeking medical help for their children? When I asked the receptionist if a standard wait time was over 5 minutes her reply was “sometimes”. I continued to hold for another 5 minutes. When she came back she informed me that there was no one there to “handle” children as the last pediatric doctor “moved on”. Unprofessionalism at its very worst and a waste of time.

TERRIBLE!!! I've seen Dr. Reitzen, Dr. Low and Dr. Niyogi. Dr. Reitzen is the best of them but it is nearly impossible to get an appointment with her so I saw Dr. Low who prescribed multiple different oral antibiotics just by looking at my ear! I asked him how he was able to determine what kind if infection it was without a culture and he assured me he was "very experienced". After 5 antibiotics per day for 2 weeks I found out the infection was a fungal infection from too many antibacterial ear drops. My pcp handles ear infections better than all these specialists. I saw Dr. Niyogi twice and she told me my ear looked fine but I insisted she do a culture because it was itchy and leaking fluid. Then they called me a week later and prescribed more antibiotic ear drops. Neomycin which my pcp said isn't a good 1 and to go back to Ciprodex drops. All they do is prescribe tons of antibiotics and ear drops and they never return calls. I am currently searching for a good. Qualified ENT that can end my chronic ear infections.

I am currently in my second hour of waiting for Dr. Dhalla. I had an appointment and duly arrived on time, but here I am. The worst part of having my morning wasted like this is the incredible rudeness of the receptionist, a white-looking woman with tightly-curled, brownish-ginger hair. When I asked her how much longer this would be, she had an incredibly rude attitude, actually rolling her neck slightly, with pursed lips. Her response was that it would be at least 30 minutes more and then she tried to blame me for arriving “too soon.” Yes, friends, arriving on time for an appointment is an offense here. How rude of me not to have known to arrive two hours later than my appointment time. Assuming you don’t have two hours of waiting to spare, please look elsewhere for your care.
