The people who answer the phone are abysmal, they don’t get back to you or answer the phone. the doctors are terrible. The wait times are offensive. I’ve run out of medication multiple times becusse I simply can’t make an appointment with these folks, and I’ve never received an apology, only being told that I’m clearly doing something wrong. I went here for 3 months, and the entirely this is shady and poorly managed. No one here cares about you. Please do not go for your own sake and mental health.

I just called this place, mainly because it was the first listing that popped up to the right of my google search. Also because it's very close to home. I asked the woman who answered the phone "Do you accept Care Connect?" The woman answered "Not sure, what is the insurance under?" I answered "Sorry the name is Care Connect, not sure what you mean." The woman asked me to call my insurance to see if her office accepted my insurance. I replied, "Are you serious, this is how you work?" She said "Yes, is that ok?" I answered "No, it's not ok. I am a potential new patient & the way you just answered me, now I am not interested. Is that ok with you?" She said "Yes, that's ok" I asked to speak to the manager, she stated she was the manager. I asked her who is the owner of the practice, she stated "dont worry about it" I asked her for her name, she said again "dont worry about it" and hung up on me. Real professional lady, I hope she is indeed the manager, I will be visiting the clinic myself. I have to see this for myself and if the owner is "OK" with how she handled this phone call, then they should not be in this business. **How can anyone in this field think it's ok to speak to a person seeking out mental health, the way this woman did. Disgusted!

He is completly useless!!! Cant even give a note of me being there 2 years ago!!!!he is a lier!!!! He said he doesnt deal with immigration. But he never said it!!! ITS TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!! DONT EVER GO THERE!!!!! EVER!!!! I CANT Believe he still in buisness!!! He only know how to collect money!!!!!!

My own personal experience has been great!! Sure there were minor problems with the doctor not putting my script in right away, but overall in general I really love my psychiatrist and he always gives me the best advice for my case!! When I’m there in my session he always pays attention to everything & anything I have get off my chest and he makes me feel like I’m his only patient!! I always have more then his undivided attention!!
