This is my doctor for over three years now. He is an amazing doctor and is helping me on my journey to recovery.

Optical llusions

I love DR. Obi dont get me wrong he is a great person, kind and funny and caring, but his staff has rude attitudes, you can expect to wait up to an hour after you have scheduled an appointment. The place is located in basically a basement underneath a contractor building. When you step in it imediatley smells like mold and body odor. The bathroom sink leaks constantly all over the floor, which would explain the mold smell. There are only 6 chairs to sit down in and are usually more than 15 people crammed into one tiny room. Its so small that when you sit by the door you often get smacked in the face by people walking into the room. The only room that is decent is DR. Obi's office which is actually pretty cool. Overall the place sucks but if you want a kind, caring Psychiatrist its worth all the cons.

Do not go here, if I could give this place zero stars I would. The office is in a basement of a building that is dilapidated. The staff clearly does not care about anything more than co-pays. I've have several bad experiences there and will not be returning. First issue was when I made an appointment, received a reminder card, then showed up on time to find out they did not have me in the schedule. I then had to wait a really long time to be seen. Two other times when I made an appointment I was never called back with an appointment confirmation, but when i missed it the office requested a missed office fee, and argued that they called and left a message (this never happened). Today was the last straw. I made a 12:15pm appointment about over a week ago to come on my lunch break since the location is near my place of work. When i arrived (on time) there were at least 10 crammed into this small office before me. I asked the girl at the desk if "there would be a long wait because I am on my lunch break?" all she replied was "Yes". I then had to ask her how long the wait would be and she replied (rudely) anywhere from 45 mins to over an hour. Why would I been given an appointment at a set time to have to wait for an hour? Then when you see the Dr. Obi all he asks is "Is everything ok?", no exam, no further questions. The appointment itself takes maybe 1 minute. Honestly it seem like they over book to get as many co-pays as possible. This office needs to be reviewed by the Medical Board.

He's a very thorough Psychiatrist, wise, smart, kind, trustworthy, understanding, a great listener, seeks & gives you the BEST possible treatment. I was referred to Dr. Obi by a friend and I am so pleased with him-I honestly couldn't have found a better Psychiatrist!! :) Also, if you work late during the week then you're in luck because Dr. Obi has EXTREMELY convenient and also late office hours! Without a doubt, I would **HIGHLY** recommend Dr.Obi to ANYONE & EVERYONE who is currently seeking a Psychiatrist...TRUST me he's amazing Doctor! :)

Literally have to clear up an entire afternoon to be seen. Scheduling first thing in the morning sometimes backfires because the doctor can be up to an hour late. if you have a full time job this is the last place you want to be . On the other hand if you're unemployed and want to waste some time on your phone , this maybe be your type of place.

This doctor sucks. He always came late and there was always a 2 hour + wait for him everytime and when you finally get to see him you spend a total of 5 minutes and your rushed out the door with a prescription for something you were misdiagnosed with.

Always at least an hour wait, inconsistent hours, double and triple booked, etc. He's a good doctor but the office in general is just impossible to work with.

Great doctor! I see that people are complaining about the location of his office, but my previous therapist had me meeting with him in the waiting area because he lives in his office. Some people are just never happy and find a reason to complain
