I made a appointment 2 month prior had to reschedule me . They reschedule me for today at 1 . I drove alway there for them to tell me i wasn't scheduled. They didn't put me in the system . Then after explaining to theme I was schedule at this office . Then they said they had a doctor leave the office they no longer practice there . So no one bothered to call me and schedule me with the other doctor . So I waisted two months for an appointment for no fricken reason . Don't go there , they are unorganized and suck

I have had a great experience working with Dr. Edward Baruch. He is very learned, spent a great deal of time with me and helped figure out why I was feeling so lousy. He got me on some great medicine and helped me with lifestyle changes. I'm really doing much better. He is worth waiting for and he's worth every cent I pay him. I've been to psychiatrists who take insurance and spend five minutes with you. He takes his time, he's studies you, it's quite amazing. He is really like an old time doctor. His place is spotless but his desk is a mess. He says he'd never find anything if he cleaned it up...he's funny, a really a fine man. I recommend him highly. Go see him!

First off I'd like to say the staff meaning the secretaries and the lab techs are so nice and helpful and the only good thing about this office, I have to give some credit where it is due. I started going December 2016 while I was pregnant because I knew Dr.Baruch had worked with many pregnant patients and I was in good hands in the beginning. Once I gave birth I switched to Dr.Madrak who was kind and amazing. Unfortunately she left and I was devastated because I had to go back to Dr.Baruch. For months it was ok and then I had a slip, one little slip which happens often, I was embarrassed to admit it but I did in the end and he yelled at me, yes you read right yelled at a patient, a patient who is in recovery and felt guilty and bad enough. He wouldn't let me speak he just yelled and told me I was being so smug and had a smug look on my face even though I was sitting there quietly. He even went as far to say I should change my last name back to my maiden name because I WASN'T WORTHY OF THE NAME MIRACLE. What kind of awful doctor does that? Needless to say I left the office in tears and everytime I went back it sent me into a complete state of panic because I suffer from PTSD and he traumatized me. When I finally spoke up about how bad my anxiety was he screwed with my medications, lied about what he was putting me on and told me to just quit smoking and all my anxiety would go away. He is an awful doctor and a very mean man. He scuffs and laughs at his patients and I think he enjoys it honestly, he knows he can get away with it because you need your suboxone to stay sober. Luckily I found one of my former doctors and got the help I needed and they were surprised at what he had done. If I could give zero stars I would. Also he dismisses you off your service for no reason just because he feels like it, he's done that to several people with no explanation. If you truly want to stay clean and sober do not let this man treat you, he will forget who you are everytime you come in and not write your proper diagnosis down either. DO NOT SEEK HIS HELP RUN FOR THE HILLS!

Horrible Doctor tries talking his patients into taking experimental drugs, and if they refuse he tries brainwashing them into wanting to commit suicide. Evil man. Very evil

I went to Dr. Baruch 10-12 years ago. From my experience, he is in the business for the commission from the pharmaceutical companies. The longest talk we had, dealing with my mental health, was about 2 minutes. (Not nearly long enough to diagnose an individuals psychological condition) Then after the half-assed conversation, he would proceed to write a prescription for 3 different pills, which can be replaced by natural ingredients(no extra side-effect causing chemicals to make it in pill form). In order to go through the schooling to become a psychiatrist you have to be intelligent. Morals are not required. The fact that someone could knowingly prescribe pills(scientifically proven to be worse than natural ingredients) for profit is appalling. I would not recommend going to Dr. Baruch, nor any other psychiatrist. A psychologist can diagnose your condition and give insight to help. The pills I was prescribed(which I didn't actually need) changed my brain in a profound way. My suggestion for anyone who still decides to go to a psychiatrist is this: Get a brain scan before taking any pills. That way you can prove the malpractice.
