Had our sons intake on November 2 ....they finally called to set up an appointment December 19 when I asked for a couple weeks to see what the schedule will be in the new year to set an appointment I was told that would be fine. Called on January 10 and was told we have to start our intake again. Don’t know why I had to wait from November 2 to December 19, almost 7 weeps, for someone to return a call to me with an appointment but I’ve lost faith in their ability to take care of my child’s mental health if they can’t even handle a phone.

This organization is very professional, courteous & the staff has a very positve attitude, helping newcomers relax & not feel intimidated. Am very impressed with their attentive, discreet handling of each individual. More companies should treat their clients/potential clients as they do. I wasn't going to leave a review but I saw a recent one that was posted and felt the need to say something. These are some of the kindest people I think I have met in a long time. They have helped me with anxiety and depression where I did not even need therapy anymore. If you are having these kinds of problems I would highly recommend them.

This is not a friendly place. The staff are rude and not accommodating at all. They have since changed their website, but their website used to claim that they could see new patients within 48 hours... that was not the case. I had to wait almost 2 weeks to be seen. I called the day before as I did not receive a confirmation call, and the person on the phone denied I had an appointment! I asked for a manager or supervisor to call me back and that never happened. Spoke to a friend of mine that is familiar with the area and the practice, as I was not. He also said that he has not heard great things about this place.

The entire staff at the Center for Assessment and Treatment is so welcoming and accommodating. I was hesitant about attending therapy sessions, but Tori, Lexi, Danny, and Alex have all been amazing and beyond helpful! I would HIGHLY recommend this practice for both adults and children!
