Would give this company a 0 if I could. Totally unprofessional. I wait over an hour in person and when we do phone sessions I have to call every hour until someone sends my perscription over. DO NOT GO HERE.

There was only one time I’ve been here that I had a wait under 30 minutes— unsure what plan they have in place to hold their DRs to time limits, but it seems as though there either is none or it’s very poorly executed. It’s very stressful for me to have to leave work early to get here in time so I can check in, only to have 5 additional people being helped by my doctor before I can— usually this takes an hour or so. Additionally, my Dr. rarely asks me anything, just tries to push the same ol meds over & over again without hearing about any side effects (I had to make an effort to get her to listen to anything regarding side effects I had to say, which is concerning, to say the least— I couldn’t even tell her all of them). I keep going because for my insurance, the price is the best I could find— but will be changing as soon as my insurance/wallet allows

After years of seeking mental health treatment, this is the most unprofessional and immoral practice I’ve dealt with. They fill a waiting room with patients, make you wait forever, see you for a couple minutes and kick you out. They have zero concern for the well-being of their patients. They are shuffling people through their doors so that they can collect on the insurance.

Absolutely stunning how poorly this practice is run and how little respect they have for the people they serve. Forget about the average 1 hour past your appointment wait time, do not EVER expect to call the office or the doctor and get a call back. My pharmacy has sent multiple faxes and I have called multiple times. The Dr must feel he is above having a short conversation with his patients unless you are in the office with your copay.

Believe the other reviews that say the wait times are unacceptable, because they are. No regard for people who may have other things to do beside wait around for an hour plus, only to see the doctor for maybe 5 minutes. I have no idea what could possibly take so long. The doctors are nice enough but it doesn't seem like they're interested in talking much about issues, just a brief meeting, fill your meds and be on your way. Good if that's all you're looking for, but anyone wanting something more personable should check elsewhere. Really, the nail in the coffin is the wait times. Doesn't matter what time, what day, you better be prepared to be sitting around for an hour or longer with no information on how much longer it'll take. They handle my prescriptions in a timely manner without trouble though, which is a plus. Will probably be taking my business elsewhere soon.

The doctors and nurse practitioners are very good. I used to be annoyed with a extremely long wait in a crowded room full of patients but it has been better the last 3 times.

they book 4 people at the same time slot . . . my appointment today was at 6, there are 3 other people in the waiting room who ALSO have an appointment at 6. It is currently 7 PM and none of us have been seen.
