This office constantly forgets to refill my birth control prescription causing me to go multiple days without it sometimes. Last week I intentionally called to make sure once I got to the end of my current pack there would be refills. I was told there would be. I get a text from my pharmacy that there are no refills and would I like for them to request one from the doctor I answer yes. Three days later the office still has not responded leaving me again without my birth control. This is so irresponsible.
