Place is an absolute joke. Staff told me that the MD whose name the business bears doesn't even practice medicine here. All they have are a bunch of worthless idiot nurse practitioners who obviously know nothing about mental health. You are better off having your dog evaluate and treat you.

Always a good experience. The office staff is courteous and helpful. I think the patients should keep in mind the world does not revolve around them and they are in this office for a reason! The Dr. And PA are amazing, literally saving my family. Thank you.

His support staff are uncaring and often grossly incompetent . 1) If you leave a detailed voice mail requesting a return call for any serious or potentially adverse issue, his staff will never follow through and return you call. 2) They will claim to have rescheduled you in advance if Dr. Eugene Rosenman is out of town only to find yourself keeping the original appointment and wasting your time. 3) His PAs do not read the psychiatrists charts; they often will write prescriptions for only a 30 day supply (even though the chart has clearly stated that these medications are maintenance medications and are to be prescribed as a 90 day supply. 4) Every other physician's office confirms appointments the day prior to ensure your keeping with appointments. Considering this is a psychiatric practice, and many of his patient are dealing with severe mental illness with can affect memory and other cognitive abilities, you would think he would want such appointment reminders to be a standard practice. 5) It is most unfortunate as Dr. Rosenman himself is an excellent practitioner... If he would just hire competent staff that follow through on prior authorizations, call in prescriptions in a timely manner, ensure that patients keep and follow up on their appointments and show empathy to the patients; this review would be far more favorable.

We got a refer from a hospital and waited a month for 1st appointment 7/30/13. We were 15 minutes early for the appointment. His staff said that we were late and rescheduled for another appointment 8/28/13.. But we have 5 pills left from the prescription. His staff did not care. We called Wal-green and no refill. We called the offfice and got FULL answering machine. We are going to file a complaint with Nevada Medicine Board.

Horrible office staff if they make you a appt make sure it get a card and the name of the girl who set it up because they over book or lose it and when you show up they tell you that it's not that day or your date was last month reschedule and if you have to show up once a month for meds and they bump you they will just tell you to go to the hospital and get meds and hang up. This place is the worst I can't stand them I wish my insurance would let me change Drs but they won't.

They will lie directly to your face with no regard. Office manager does not do her job and lied to me I front of her staff. They double book you for appointments and try to overcharge you. Doctors are hours behind leaving patients waiting for 2 hours or more. DO NOT COME HERE

AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS !!!!!! these people are idiots, its not worth the headache they cause. They either dont answer the phone or NEVER CALL back . I requested medical records in the beginging of december and now its january and i called today and they are NOW JUST going to pull them and charge 60cents a page. I have a state office trying to get them for me and we all have done the proper paperwork BUT they claim they never got the fax.... after i get my records im NEVER dealing with these people AGAIN...

Dr. Rosenman himself is an amazing psychiatrist and is always there when I need to see him. Patrick is not my favorite person he made me feel like I was being judged the whole time I was talking to him. But I love the staff and Dr. Rosenman.

Wait times are ridiculous, office staff is inept, getting an appointment is difficult because you can't get anyone on the phone, and there's no privacy at all when you're speaking with the front desk - you're literally speaking to the whole waiting room. I've GOT to find another place that my insurance takes.

I wish I could give them no stars because this place is literally the worst place you could go to. I first started going last year off a recommendation. I was spiraling out of control and really needed help, I was told the doctor that I was depressed. And since I filled out the sheet when you first go, about past medicines you’ve taken she just put me on those that I listed. Fast forward a few months later, I was feeling great and didn't want to go anymore. But the dr insisted and kept trying to put me on more sleeping pills and Lamictal (which I had a major allergic reaction to on my face) because I kept having outburst of anger and I couldn't control myself, so I just stopped all my visits because who wants to be sleep all the time, that's not even living. After I stopped going I felt good for a while and then I crashed and ended up in a hospital in May. I signed up with my amazing therapist and found out that not only did I suffer from PTSD but also Bipolar as well. You're not supposed to just flat out give someone with Bipolar anti depressants because it causes Mania. Which is a euphoric feeling which makes sense as to why I just abruptly stopped going and said i would fix it myself. I was skeptical about going back but again another recommendation told me another dr ( who I now know is a nurse practitioner) I went to see her and was telling her I was having a hard time I was going through HypoMania which is the very depressive side of Bipolar. So I just wanted to give her the run down about my last visit. so we wouldn't make the same mistakes this time I just wanted to be in the right medicines so I could begin my journey of getting better. I told her my last dr didn't listen too me .. she stopped me dead in my tracks flipped through my file In front of my face and told me actually someone was listening to you because she was prescribing you mood stabilizers. Um Yeah because I requested it idiot, the idea didn't just fall into her lap. And then she proceeds to tell me she feels like I'm forced to be here, and that I was probably just going to flush the pills down the drain or better yet not take them. So this is how they treat mental patients who are going through Hypo Mania. Than she turns and tells me she's going to put me in 15mg of meds . .before I stopped coming I was on 200mg what was 15mg going to do for me my last doctor even started me off on 50mg. So I told her no thank you so than she starts speaking really face and ask me for my pharmacy and that was it. I didn't know what medicine I was going to take, what dosage I was prescribed or anything until I got to my pharmacy. And because it was such a low dosage I nearly had to go to the hospital twice because I was having such a hard time. Monday comes my mom calls the general manager because I'm having Bipolar episodes and couldn't do it if I tried. They told me to come and two days and since it was Dr Rosenman office he would see me. Again I was very hesitant since both experiences were bad but I went because she said they were going to make it right, and put me on the right medicine. Ok fine. When I got there I asked what was the point of today's visit I was told so I could tell the dr what happened and be prescribed medicine. I wait almost 35 minutes to be seen and when he comes in he's rushing me and not even listening. I was trying to explain to him like his general manager said I should and he turned to me and said "ENOUGH ABOUT THAT" WOW!! I was flabbergasted and told him I won't be coming back anymore. He told me he would refer me, but anyone who's friends with the likes of him couldn't treat me if I was on my deathbed. I went to the front and requested my files and told them as well I would never come back here. And all I got was " He usually not like that." Well he was yesterday. I guess you're constantly learning something new.

Been coming here for my meds like 2 years now...I’m always called early. I’m in and out...easy to make an appointment...really don’t have any complaints. It’s always fast and easy for me. As a Medicaid recipient I don’t expect 5 star red carpet treatment like others seem to in these reviews.

Today is Monday and I called in for an antidepressant and anti-anxiety refill as my appointment had to be pushed back a week and stopping those medications can be dangerous. They weren't able to do it today as their computer system was down, but they were very reassuring that it would get done ASAP (hopefully in the morning). I really love this office.

I had an appointment with them and I waited 2 and a half hours just to be seen by someone. I was falling asleep in the office, I hadn’t eaten breakfast so I was getting really upset, and they moved me from one office to another and this was just a follow up. Lol for real this place ain’t worth.

Have never had an appointment on time here, I have always showed up for an appointment and waited for at least 15 minutes to an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment time. I honestly don't understand how any office can function like this, would staff be stuck late every day? If show up on time, I expect my medical professionals to give me the same courtesy

My insurance took me from my old Doc to this office. I liked the old one better and it was pretty bad here at first. They have made improvements though and I really can't complain too much. I don't like the fact that I don't have a stable doctor and keep getting shuffled around but I've seen worse.

I'm not upset with this office, I was told that the doctor sees only children, so right off the bat go somewhere else if you are not happy with that. I was given a trained professional she gave me a prescription, what more does anyone want, I was also offered counseling if I wanted it. Something else, if most of you have not noticed that every doctor's office in this town acts the same, most of you would not make it in a big city, only laid back Vegas, Where you can behave like this, I have a problem with every single doctor Office I have visited in the INCOPENTENCE but not at this office.

When I called, they greeted me with "Oh My God, it's Lunchtime!" My first reply was "Is this a bad time?" Their answer was, "We aren't suppose to answer phones right now." Very poor customer service they have. I don't think the staff really cares who is calling. They are not trying to be kind to anyone. I was in their office before and they treated guest in the waiting room very poorly.

Getting fed up with this process. Dr doesn't give me refills, so pharmacy gives me a hard time. So I call the Dr office for refills, and everytime i call them no matter what the reason is, the office always is in a bad mood, tries to say I don't have an appointment when it says on the card they gave me from my last appointment I do. Had to call back twice, after already waiting 3 business days. No wonder I need a psychiatrist, these people are pushing me to the edge. I would look for other offices first before you get too stressed out & angry just to get a prescription refill. UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE TOWARDS PATIENTS EVERY SINGLE TIME_

Horrible, he could not attend to my son because he did not have the records of him, is he not a psychiatrist? There is not a first time ?. They told me to go at 3 pm and they treated me at 5pm to tell me that I needed the records of him, it seems that he did not want to do his job but to collect the effort of others. I always show up early (I live on the other side of town) and I'm always seen later than my appt time! I have now been sitting in the waiting room for an hour and a half! Someone showed up late (his appt was at 10:15am) and he was seen before a lady that had a 10am appt. If I had shown up late I would have to reschedule and pay a $25 no call/no show fee. Is this fair?! I think not!

Awful. Terrible. Will be writing a grievance. I thought I was in a third-world country, during a war...but, then I realized that I was actually in the waiting of Dr.Rosenmann. No airconditioning in the waiting room, no water, 26 people shoved in a little area, with no water, no airconditioning, no empathy. I asked for water but, the front office said there was none available.What! I'm in a medical facility. I even asked that the air conditioning be turned on. No luck. Sweltering 108+ degrees outside, 90 degrees inside. Is Dr.Rosenmann too cheap to afford his patients water and a comfortable room? Yuck. Even my visit was the pits. No return calls. Bad form. And I never write bad reviews, but this place is a real stinker!

I was referred here by my primary doctor and now I'm in my primary care doctor's office getting a new referral. I was told my appointment was at 1:30 but when I get there I was told it was at 1 and I was late. The office staff here was nothing but rude to me and everyone else. They said I could wait around in their tiny and overly crowded waiting room to be seen. I got so disgusted watching the office staff treat everyone so horribly that I walked out. Never got seen. If you want to put up with rude and insensitive office staff this is the place for you. I will wait a little longer and get a referral to go elsewhere.

Psychiatrists normally don't have time to listen and truly help, but this place DOES!! Comfy office, helpful staff. They work as a team which is nice. Not saying everyone here is always 100% come on, these people TRY to be nice, BUT there are some Nutty peeps out THERE!! It's a psychiatrist Office. Needs name on building.

Everyone who gave this office and its staff a bad rating is absolutely correct!!! The answering machine is always full(no they don't return calls, on hold along time) they lie about you being late, missing appts, and coming on the wrong day. They even have the nerve to ask you to prove that they are wrong by asking you to show them your appt card as proof(so be ready for that response). Hot, no water, overcrowded too, w/ a 2-3hr. Wait. Always only see NP's after initially seeing doctor cause his schedule is always full. NP's ask you what you take and write you a script and send you on your way. Watch out for Dr. Jerome Nwokiki too on 5105 Camino Al Notre (although you do actually see him/ doesn't have NP's). Staff is just as incompetent as this office(office options recording doesn't even announce office name or doctors name at the beginning of call, don't return call, lucky to get through). As long as up to 3hrs., with an on time appt. Overbooking money making machine who even treats children w/ autism like my child. Only ask how he is doing w/out even waiting or encouraging a response. Parents concerns are only met w/ an ok or hum, script written, and response of make an appt. up front and see you in 3 months. Please don't waste or trust yourself, especially your child to these 2 doctors. Run as fast as you can to find another doctor. Only difference is that Dr. Nwokiki has a nice big comfortable office and option to come in as a walk-in to get rich off all the insurance $$$ he collects

Dr. kept us waiting for almost two hours. He finally shows up and he is chewing gum throughout the session, very disrespectful . All he wanted to do is prescribe medication and get rid of you. He couldn't be bothered to hear how you're feeling. The front office had about 8 chairs and 20 people waiting, some sitting on the floor. Totally disgusted with the Rosenman experience. Will never go back.

I've been as patient and polite as I could be. And I hate to give a 1 star rating to the place overall because I know it is not the front desk reception and manager fault. They are obviously trying to handle to large of a patient base. Every time I try to call I must call multiple times since no one answers and the mailbox is full. In one day I have to call an average of 15-25 times to get someone to answer. And when someone does finally answer you have to hold for 10 minutes minimum. Also the wait time for appointments is ridiculous. If you get there on time expect to wait 2-4 hours. Lastly the Doctor I have been seeing at Dr. Rosenman's office because Dr. Rosenman only sees adolescence is obviously also too busy because he only sees me for 5 minutes tops. He does NOT know what medications I take I have to tell him... And he has even prescribed me the WRONG medications! And currently I have been waiting since November 18th to get a pre-authorization for my medication that I need from him. It is now December 7th. I can't count how many times I've called and gotten no help on the subject. This place is a mess!

Called five times. The 1st time I was told I had to have my HPN #, The 2nd time I was on hold for 15 minutes while recording said I was 1st in the call que. The 3rd, 4th & 5th time after I waited to go through all the menu options it immediately disconnected! Seriously??????

Yeah, have to admit it, this place is so bad man. The receptionists don't know anything half the time. There's this one Mexican lady. Don't know if she's still there but 9 months ago she told me a bunch of lies. They tell you one thing and then its another. They don't take about care about there patients. I ran out of meds and ask for a 1 month refill til I could get my health care again. They only want money. Their suppose to help us. Where their patients, but they care more about the money. I hate waiting so long in the waiting room. They tell you they don't take certain health care. For God sake, they do take health plain of NV, smart choice. They just say they don't. I went there for a year on that health care. I swear this place needs to do better. I like 2 or 3 doctors, but 2 of them are gone. It's hard to are the same docter every time you go. I just wish they'd be better. I was referred from another office...this one wasn't any better. I can't believe this is how they handle mental health. America needs to do better, instead of trying to build a wall. We need our health care more.

You will just see this ''doctor'' once--then you will be assigned to one of the non-doctors that will just write a prescription for what Rosenman recommended during the short first meeting that you had with him. Last time I was there 11 patients were in the waiting room. They were waiting for 2 of the non-doctors. The way I see it-it is a money making operation--nothing more. I had a psychiatrist in Seattle-he treated me like a human being for a change. Look for another Dr.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give NO STARS I would, but I'm forced to give 1 just to leave a review. I called to schedule a "new patient" appointment...and was literally ON HOLD FOR 30 MINUTES. Someone picked up on their end and said "I'll be right with you." WOW - stay as far away as possible. Can you imagine how LONG you'd be WAITING for your appointment at that office? This is truly indicative of a Doctor and his staff that DOES NOT value, nor respect the patient...and it's all about the almighty dollar.
