I have been a patient for 5 years and began my treatment by seeing both Dr. Suba and Melanie O’Campo. The last 3 years I transitioned to seeing Melanie solely and have nothing put perfect remarks about my care. She’s highly competent, very caring, easily available and has helped me through some very challenging times. I’m uncertain where I’d be today without her. The practice is always swarming busy but I’m able to see her whenever needed and never have more than a 5 minute wait. She spends a good deal of time with me explaining everything and offering me the most compassionate care possible. I give her 10 stars if it was possible!

My provider is wonderful. She is very knowledgeable about medication interactions and helpful in dealing with some of my other specialists. The office has some odd policies that cause confusion (I needed a letter for another doctor and it took 3 people to write it. But it did get done in time). If you need anything outside the scope of your standard appointment, be prepared to wait... but be patient, because they will help. At least that's been my experience.

I am taking legal action against this Physician. Failure to provide medical records which are required under Nevada State Law is just the tip of the iceberg. If you truly care about your loved ones health and safety I would strongly recommend you get a second opinion. In my case after this Physician took care of me I immediately sought three outside opinions from top well known Psychiatrist in the Las Vegas area including the State Of Nevada Mental Health services. Not only did he fail to provide my medical records to these Physicians who actually submitted the proper forms under the HIPP Medical Guidelines, non of them even found a reason for the medications he had placed me one which actually created more damage and had me walking around in a zombie state. The physicians had to wean me off of what he had put me on as I show no signs of any of these conditions. The state Dr. Suba left me in made me extremely vulnerable to scammers that somehow got me to empty out my bank accounts. Had I been in my normal state of mind this would have never happened! The meds he put me on as I stated had me walking around like a zombie. This Physician and the Hospital he is associated with is definitely guilty of Senior Abuse and God only knows what else. I realize we have very limited resources in the State Of Nevada but don't just blindly trust this Physician. Get another opinion! I have been trying since August of 2017 to even him to respond to this outranges malpractice. Since he won't respond he can now answer to Medicare and the Attorney I am hiring. All he ever had to do was look at my electronically recorded current Medical Records from MountainView and Sunrise Trauma he would have known immediately that I had just fallen and had a SAH and exactly what medications I was already on. He didn't even bother nor did they make any attempt to get me proper medical attention for the seizure that happened while under his watch. Be aware so this doesn't happen to you or your loved one.

I’ve worked with Dr. Sidharth Sharma, MD, & he was one of the best Doctors I’ve worked with. He’s younger (like under 36 ) so he’s in my “generation.” I felt comfortable talking to him, he was understanding & informative. He takes notes & is a professional & dresses formal. Even if I bring up weird things like Greek mythology which was part my “episode” he even knew the Greek gods so he has a good broad education & it impressed me. So just lilttle quirks he never made me feel inferior & is easy to schedule appointments with.

Wasted a trip across town, was told I would be seeing a psychiatrist after specifically asking to do so. Was just an Rn. While being seen they seemed dismissive and preoccupied, I had to repeat simple answers several times or correct information. Overall left a bad impression and really puts me off given the type of medical office it is.

Melanie Ocampo is just plain awesome! She listens and takes the time to go over what your reasoning for coming is. She doesn't zip through anything. She explains things you should look out for is starting a new drug or things to be aware of. You might have to wait a week to get in if you yourself are working full time and don't have a lot of availability; but once you're in, you're golden.

Dr.Faisal Suba, is Amazing. On the 1st day I met him. He took his time to listen to me. He never rushed or seem disconnected. Since, he moment i met him. He made me feel comfortable, as possible. Starting off with a joke, to ease my tension. He's very knowledgeable about his patients medical necessities & what medication can work for them, as I. I was having a hard time with my life, when i met him. He helped me overcome those moments. Im not a paid bot or family. Im a true patient. I will continue to see him. Oh, ya & his office staff. They all are completely kind & courteous. They make you feel, welcomed & greeted. Once, you walk through that door. I'm so happy I found, Dr.Suba. It's been many years since, I can finally feel I can trust a dr.

I am very upset with the way the office its self is ran. My Doctor is amazing but any time i need to get a hold of someone to speak about my care I get nothing but problems. It is either i get routed to the PA's voicemail and never get a call back or, I call when they are "open" and get an after hours voice mail. I am seriously considering going to a new doctor due to these office practices.

I have had great relationships with many doctors for over 10 years. The one I saw here made a mistake on the prescription and did not take responsibility for it. When I had to come back she did not listen. Absolutely zero care. In a mental health facility. Nurse R*v*n you should be totally ashamed of yourself. I hope management sees this review and puts it on record.

Would give zero stars if possible go anyplace first before coming here and Dr Suba does nothing but give lipservice. His staff are beyond rude and incompetent to amerigroup patients who are put in a separate waiting room like we're leapers. Melanie o'campo doesn't listen at all to anything you tell her. Lucky me I got put on meds thAt make me completely manic and at times violent. Today when I had the understanding I would be seeing Suba alone I was told he doesn't take amerigroup. After working in helathcare for almost a decade I have never seen and office or two in this case that are run so beyond badly. Also this practice is not Med marijuana friendly where the only thing they do is feed u pills even when you express the side effects are Beyond horrible they just add more pills just for the side effects.

30 MINUTES WAITING BECAUSE AN EMPLOYEE DOES NOT UNDERSTAND NOR THE ENGLISH> I have a good opinion of this clinic. But today (right now) I am being mistreated by an employee, call for an appointment and first I hang up, call back and put me on hold, I will not let myself talk, right now, does not understand the name I'm telling you, I've been 8 Waiting minutes.

Disappointed the office staff called to reschedule an appointment that I had to schedule a month in advance for, I couldn't wait because I would have completely run out of meds. They scheduled me at 1, a half hour later than my original time I sign something saying if I'm late or don't show I owe them 50$ yet I paid them 40 today and they are over a half hour late and say they aren't sure when I'll be seen. The office staff is really sweet to remedy the situation she offers cold water and candy but it really doesn't make up for my wasted time, I think they forget it's a business. Something drastically needs to change in this city the mental health options are atrocious!

I would highly recommend Alliance Mental Health for Psychiatric needs. Dr. Suba, Dr. Park and Dr. Pierson are extremely professional and very knowledgeable in the field. I had several positive interactions with Dr. Suba and Dr. Park. Unlike other doctors, they do not rush their patients during the visit. They listen attentively to their concerns to assess their needs. I have never met a psychiatrist with a better personality or sense of humor then Dr. Suba and Dr. Park. They make their patients feel at ease. They show genuine interest in improving their patients lives. They make them feel hopeful. The staff at their office are pleasant and helpful. I would genuinely recommend them for anyone seeking psychiatric services including my friends and family.

I don't understand why new patients have to wait 3-4 weeks to be seen. It's hard for a lot of people who finally decide to reach out for help. Most of the time it means they can't handle their problem anymore. Then people wonder why people don't like trying to get help. Maybe have your scheduling department ask questions to see where the new patient is at mentally. I will look for a doctor that can see me ASAP. Thanks for not helping.

Came in as a new patient and left after waiting more than an hour and no acknowledgment. I even showed up early for paperwork. Waiting room was crowded, smelly and ther weren’t enough chairs for everyone. Not to mention the two cops that showed up. Very uncomfortable experience. No respect for your time. If you want a positive mental health experience, I would avoid this place at all costs.
