Called to update new insurance for appointment next day so that i would not be charged a 25.00 fee when "Kelly" (office manager) took my call she didnt care to allow me to finish adressing what my concern was after trying to finish my sentences with kelly interupting me about 3 different times. She began to get frustrated and put me on hold forcing me to call back because she never returned to the phone call being on hold. When i called back AGAIN she didnt let me speak as if she knew it was me from the caller ID and STILL couldnt adress my concern. Low on medication so i will be going to this appointment tomorrow but i seriously hope Kelly will consider how she talks to patients and maybe will allow them to speak up for themselves, her get a clear understanding of our needs and meet them verses arguing a customer down. Very disappointed stating i chose to recieve services here based on reviews and excellent customer care from word of mouth. I hope the doctors are a bit more friendlier than Kelly the manager

I cannot believe how bad these people are, they are really bad on getting back to you when you leave a voicemail or a message through after hours answering system, they schedule your appointment on a wrong date, and when you go in to see the doctor, he’s not in the office on those days...they close at “5pm” but if you call after 4:35pm you go to the answering system because they’re closed. And mostly everyone in reception has a very bad attitude, they are rude and very unwelcoming..if my sons therapists hadn’t recommended this doctor, I’d go somewhere else. Ps..Doctor Osuchukwu, is very good and understanding to my sons needs..so I guess I can suck it up.

I went in on Wednesday for my 4:30 appointment. Soon after I checked in a staff member took me in to get my vitals. After waiting a little bit I was told to follow her back to Dr. Osuchukwu's office. Best Psychiatric doctor I have ever had for my life time illness of 48 years.

Sent my bill into collections because they "switched offices" and there was an error in billing. Also, the psychiatrist didn't even talk to me or care. Was in his office for 5 minutes and all he did was stare at his computer screen and write me a prescription. DO NOT GO HERE FOR HELP.

After I took time off work for this appointment and drove all the way there, they told me that they just found out yesterday that they no longer accept my insurance but couldn't bother to call me and let me know. Now I have to find another place to go to and wait even longer for an appointment I need.

Great pediatric psychiatrist! Actually pays attention to what you're saying and takes it into consideration. He is blunt and to the point which is one of the reasons I like him. No sugar coating or hand-holding. At the same time, he also takes the time to explain things when you are uncertain and makes you understand the difference between wishful thinking and realistic expectations. Highly recommend!

Met with Sydney Egan, NP for my first visit. I've never been to any kind of treatment for mental health issues before, so I didn't know what to expect. She was incredibly understanding, helpful, and supportive, and explained all of my treatment options in detail, and made sure that I was comfortable and agreeable with the options presented. She gave me great suggestions on continued therapy and other things I could do to help myself as well. I am looking forward to working with her.

I have been taking 2 of my children here to see Dr.O for over a year and haven’t had any issues with the staff or Dr.O. He takes time to find out what is going on with my children and adjust there meds accordingly he doesn’t just hand out medications like they are candy like some Drs do. Any prior authorization that’s needed the office staff are quick to get them done. I would recommend Dr.O to friends and family with no hesitation.
