The technicians have huge hearts and really do the best they can to care for the patients. The administration is corrupt though and it trickles down to end up really hurting the patients and direct care staff.

Disgusting how Staff treats patients and family members. My Family will not be disrespected. I am requesting whoever is in charge of this facility to contact me immediately. My Family member was placed on suicide watch and Family was not notified? Unacceptable!

if you have a loved one get them out of here. because they will be abused and mistreated they do more damage to the human psyche than good. i was in there 3 years and they made me do un approved human testing for meds that did alot of damage to me physically. on multiple occasions i was injured had a few fractures on my arm and didnt let me get medical attention i was just given tylenol. the staff at this place wanted to keep me there till i died but i managed to get out after getting moved to a real mental hospital in norfolk.
