After a string of unfortunate experiences with APRN's my wife and I decided it was time I see someone far more qualified to treat my conditions and see an actual PSYD. The facility itself is very nice, and unlike another I have been to, they have no problem with my psychological service dog. Dr. Holland my actual PSYD (as opposed to an APRN) is far more knowledgeable and thorough, and while my appointments are brief, which is my only complaint. I do understand however that medication adjustment appointments are scheduled for 15 minutes as a standard across the board in in the psych field. Dr. Holland listens to what my wife and I have to say, and adjusts my meds accordingly. Pills are never forced on me, and adjustments are always small at one time to try to keep me from having major problems from med changes. I am 35 years old and I have been dealing with my psychological problems for most of my life. Given my lifetime of experience in dealing with visiting medication perscribers like this, the problems the other people complain about with this place are trivial, and not something they should be changing perscribers over. To each their own though I guess.

Saddened to have to switch doctors due to a lack of respect that the people in billing have for patients. The lack of empathy the front office has is also trash. I do not reccomend Alivation. Family practice specialist lost the family feel after the merge.

called on the phone the other day and was having real bad side afects and thinking of harming my self all the nurse on the phone could say i need to come in the Dr. could not change my meds over the phone and then she said she couldn't do anything for me over the phone she should be fired!!!

They thouroughly talk to you about what you need and make sure i understand everything. kayla is absolutely amazing, im upset she is leaving. she has helped me a lot! greatly managed facility they make my visits easy

Doctors don't pay attention I have had my meds switched three times and they made me take a test I wasn't aware i had to pay for. Dr. Nick something and Dr. Duffy both gave me poor services.

They should really rename this outfit "Pill World". Thats about all they do. You get about 10 minutes with your "counselor", who constantly interrupts you and cuts you off mid sentence. Then prescribes another pill without taking any time to understand what you are saying, because they cut you off mid-sentence. My last visit I was 8 minutes late. Stuck in traffic. Called and left a message with receptionist. My "counselor" proceeded to go off on me due to my tardiness. How therapeutic. Needless to say, I will not be going back.
