Friendly staff; clean-enough rooms; shower stalls with good water pressure and hot-enough water lasting long enough to actually get whole body cleaned; 3-5 decent group meetings per day to share and listen equally; good food and selection thereof; 3 main meals and 2 snack times per day; T.V. with Charter from 8a.to10p.; laundry room with washer and dryer; can wash clothes daily; good-listening Drs; good place to get a break from hectic life-styles and more; could be 5-star rating if custodial services were better.
