He has taken over $900,000 from pharmaceutical kickbacks. My dad has been seeing him or his partners for over 25 years and he is worse not better and now stuck with tardive dyskinesia from the strong cocktails of drugs they give.

Twice in a row the office called to cancel my appt and couldn't get me in for 2 months!! November they cancelled and gave me an appt for January 24th.January 22nd they called snd cancelled the appt on the 24th and couldn't get me in until the end of March!! Dealing with sevete depression and you keep cancelling my appts? The nurse practioner is a joke too!!

Attempted to see Dr. Azfar Malik three times. First time, we were lead to believe we were to see him but it was only paperwork. Second time, front desk didn't have us scheduled to see him when we showed up for our appointment, so we had to schedule it for a later date. Third time, they overbooked. I'm currently 2 hours and 30 minutes into waiting to see him. I would reschedule but it's a 3 month wait. He may be a great doctor, but I wouldn't know. Haven't been able to see him yet.

Never even got in to see this malpractice king! Don't waste your time as there are plenty of amazing physc care DOCs all over St Louis Country. Turns out It was referral. I took the same test at my GPs office and didn't even place in the same category of depression or bipolar disorder. Fraud alert. Ends here every single time.

Terrible. He canceled my appointments with him for almost a year in a row, leaving me to be treated by his nurse. When he didn't cancel I've waited more than three hours past my appointment time, sometimes as late at 10pm, to actually see him. He wrote off serious side effects of my medication as stress for nearly a year until I stopped the medication myself and demanded something else which his nurse actually prescribed because I couldn't get a hold of him at all for more than two weeks. His note talking is not very good and every appointment he asked if this was my first time seeing him. It was like starting over with a new doctor every appointment. No one ever answers the phone, I've been on hold for an hour before the system hung up on me several times. They lost my appointment several times, once several in a row so that I didn't see anyone for nine months. Do not waste your time with this man and his practice.

Saw his np and she is rude as heck. Next appt they messed up and he cancelled on me rescheduled with her again and she just plain out said she doesn't know anyone unless they committ suicide or go to the hospital. HORRIBLE PLACE.
