If I wrote what actually happened no one would believe it. All I'll say is they're lucky I haven't filed a lawsuit yet. This was the most damaging psychiatric encounter I'll probably ever have for the rest of my life.

I can't attest to the quality of the medical care provided here because I was turned away at the door due to the overwhelmingly unprofessional contract they require where they want your debit card and your bank account number so they can charge you for various discrepancies at their leisure, clearly unacceptable, this was an outrage. The contract was very one insided and weighted toward drafting your account for anything and everything. The guy working the counter looked like a homeless guy and had the personality of a rock. When I mentioned how unprofessional I thought the agreement was somebody behind the counter laughed obnoxiously. This place is obviously a pill mill, that only cares about the money

Avoid this place like the plague. Reading through the reviews, I experienced the SAME as them. Trying to take a step forward for my mental health, this place launched me backwards. Dont be another horror story, there’s no healing here.

I just left this place for the second time in four days without receiving any service. I was told over the phone that my appointment was on Friday, when it was actually on Monday. The second time, I found out they didn't actually take my insurance and wanted to charge me $85, which I didn't have on me. The person who schedules the appointments and handles the counter is completely inept and should be fired. I will not be going back.

If I could give no stars I would. Don’t bother. Find help elsewhere. They never answer phones. Charge insurance when the doctor never shows up. Good luck ever getting them to approve a refill. Plan to wait 2 hrs for the doctor to not even show up and them still charge your insurance. They should be shut down. Ppl they refer you to are the same. Enough to make a normal person go crazy just dealing with them.

If you need help seek help! This is the place to go! I don't care how long you have to wait in the waiting room for your appointment! You need to remember that these doctors and therapists are working with people with mental issues, people that the government makes fun of, but these people are working with some people who could walk out of their doors and literally harm themselves or others. So they have to make sure that these individuals are okay, and if that goes past their 30-minute appointment, then so be it! You need to be patient and calm! If you have something else to do, don't make your appointment that day! Duh! You need to be caring, compassionate and kind because you would want that done for you too! Every last individual in that office will have your back till the ends of the Earth! For me they are thr best team to have on my side! So if you are selfish, uncaring, only think of yourself, feel entitled, don't come here. But if you have a heart, really want help, really want good people on your side come here! You can't have a better team on your side! I am a living witness that at this moment they are fighting everybody for me and I wouldn't choose anybody else but them! Luv this team-ACD

Waited 3 hours in the lobby another hour in the back for 15 minutes with the doctor. The appointment itself was terrible he spent more time talking about his self than trying to get to know me and my problems. Office staff are incredibly rude. Tried to over charge me and laughed in my face. They seemed pretty embarrassed when they were pointed out their mistake. Save your money and time and don’t go here.

Yes, there are sometimes extremely long (like... 3-hour) wait times to see the doctor. It's because he's not a 5-minute psychiatrist, and I find that incredibly valuable. I think he gets behind on appointments sometimes because of this. I really hope that doesn't change because of negative reviews, though. The sort of compassionate care that he provides is hard to find in this field. Dr. Francis is really great. The wait is worth it. Give him a chance.

I have been at this office for years and I can say that their services have most definitely helped. The wait can be long, this is because they are paying attention. It’s worth it. Remember, these individuals deal with severe mental disorders and things happen that other patients don’t know about. Any psychologist or therapist that is paying too much attention to a clock isn’t really listening to you.

Staff helped me greatly over the years, and the TMS therapy saved my life. However, Dr. Francis is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever met in my entire life. He treats his staff terribly and talks badly about his patients. He literally will waste your time. If you choose to make an appointment with him, make sure you bring something to read, because you'll be waiting a minimum of an hour.

Rude staff, appointment was made for 12:30 still have not been seen at 3:15. No explanation, no heads up that they are running behind, nope you sit and wait for hours, then get a bad attitude from employees when you ask what’s going on. Horrible experience, would rate zero if I could.
