I have never met a more reckless, careless, irresponsible, money hungry doctor in my life. He got me completely mentally dependent on ketamine at four times a week for a year at least. Then, our of nowhere, the rules changed and I no longer could have it at home. I told him the news was "devastating" and he laughed at me and blew me off. He told me to try troches which are compounded pills that had zero effectiveness and insurance didn't cover so they were nearly $200. When I tried to get him on the phone to come up with a plan, I only got his secretary who was pleasant but couldn't help me. Then through the secretary, he told me my options were to pay him a $100 a visit witch would've come to $1600 a month, which is more than my mortgage. Dr. Rabun is one of those sleazy drug peddling narcissists that is only willing to treat wealthy patients that pad his bank account while throwing the rest of us to the wolves. He was not concerned that his patient completely sprialed into a deep depression under his care and did not call to check on me since. He should be ashamed of himself.

This office is taking advantage of the mentally ill! Their policy is to change patients $100 for missing an exam and they do not call or send reminders. This is ridiculous!! My veterinarian sends an email, text AND they call before an appointment, so does my dentist. My HAIR STYLIST does that same. I understand chargeing something but for most of us $100 is a lot of money. People with depression or really any mental illness need all the help they can get to function normally, ESPECIALLY FROM THE DOCOR'S OFFICE THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE HELPING THEM. When I challenged this policy and asked them to waive the fee since I have never missed an appointment, they said they couldn't. What terrible customer service. I would really think twice before seeing this docor, his medicine may be as awful as his office policies.
