We love Precise CNS! our entire family has seen a few of the psychiatrist there after going through multiple family losses. We have also seen 2 different therapist at this location. The main doctor here, Dr. Kwentus even caught my husbands sleep issues! This is a great clinic that has been able to assist our family (AND FRIENDS).

I begin going here seeing Dr. Smith she was wonderful so I overlooked the rudeness of the front desk staff! After scheduling my 3 month appointment I found out that Dr. Smith was no longer there. It sadden me so bad because I'm not good with change and I can't seem to get that connection with this new Dr. It also seems as if the front desk staff is much ruder than usual! Maybe they need medication as well.

Dr. Kwentus is the best. I am a horrible patient, I miss 90% of the appointments I make but he has never threatened to fire me as a patient. He always makes time in his schedules for me when I need him most!!! He is very down to earth and honest.

I have no idea who this Dr Green is that works for Precise, however, he should not be practicing any type of health services!! For a young adult to go see him for mental issues and be made to feel worthless by his actions and words is totally absurd! This so called Dr is the absolute worst! Precise should be ashamed for letting this Dr represent them at all!

Rude staff, poor communication between staff and physicians. When calling, you're greeted by " ty for calling PNC, can you hold"? And immediately put on hold. No courtesy to wait for a response. Perhaps "ty for calling PNC please hold or call back later" would be more accurate. Secondly, one week later and multiple phone calls later, there's no return phone call. Thirdly, presumptuous physicians not willing to admit even the prettiest of mistakes. Near, and unfortunatly, a way too common characteristic in medical professionals is the "God like syndrome". And I'm guessing all other areas of practice suffer the same poor ineffective service at Precise Neuro Clinic. To end on a positive note, they're great at billing and collecting an up front fee. RP

DO NOT EVER BE MORE THAN $15 minutes late!! They take it to heart when you sign the agreement to pay. No matter if you call and let them know you will be late. I happened to pass the road and had to turn around (the day before Thanksgiving in that traffic) so I was exactly 15 minutes late when I got there. The receptionist did say I didn't have to pay it all at once, (she was very kind as always) but I opted to go ahead and pay the balance in full. I basically helped pay for the therapist's Thanksgiving dinner. Cause $189 will buy a good bit of groceries. When I had to reschedule my appointment because something come up with her, I didn't complain at all. I understood things happen. Just like when my child was talking to me and I got distracted and passed the road. First time ever being late!! There was not much to say because I did know they have a no show policy. My issue is, I called first then showed up. I wouldn't have cared if the session was cut 15 minutes early. I wouldn't want to take up anyone else's time. But I drove over an hour to be there with both my children (because it's Thanksgiving holidays and school's out), in traffic that wrecks my nerves immensely. Way to show someone that needs help stabilizing their mental health how to be understanding. An expensive lesson learned. No matter your circumstances, if you're late, you will pay. (But be understanding when the doctor needs to reschedule because they have something to come up.) One star only because the receptionist was so kind.
