The physicians are great, the scheduling and business staff is excellent. Brittany, the lady who takes messages does not care about patient care or patient needs. I left 5 messages over 2 days for my physician, because there was a problem with my prescription and I did not get the medication I was prescribed at the pharmacy. Brittany kept sticking my messages into my physician's mailbox and told me 4 times that my physician did not get them, yet. I am experiencing serious consequences of not getting my medication. She would not pick up the phone, or give my physician a message between patients. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.
