You can't just call then and talk to someone there. You have to go through an answering service that will call you back eventually. I work night shift so they call back while i am sleeping. When i call back the next day, i go through the same process. Spoke with them recently telling them that i am past due for medication. I was reffered from from olive branch medical here I was granted my prescription without any information from my doctor in Baton Rouge, Louisiana They just took my word for it. I am now looking for a new doctor, not a NP

DON’T GO TO THE SOUTHAVEN ONE!!!! If you are seeking for helping, look somewhere else! I go there, and am so disappointed in how I’ve been treated. Find another place if you can!

Don’t waste your time going to this place! My doctor referred me there for medication and counseling. My counseling sessions were cancelled 3 weeks in a row. The first time I showed up and found out at my appointment time that it had been cancelled. I hadn’t received a voicemail, phone call, or text to let me know beforehand. The next week the therapist was on vacation. The third week I showed up and twenty minutes after my appointment time the therapist told me he had to leave due to a family emergency. My main problem is NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE. I literally called for a week and half to try and make another appointment for counseling and for medication refills. I never got an answer and the voicemails were all full. Even when they’re not full they don’t bother calling you back. I called my doctor back and was sent to Journey To New Beginnings, so far it’s been a wonderful experience. At the very least they actually answer the phones!

Impossible to get in touch with anyone in the office. 4 days ago I was told my Dr would send my refill orders to my pharmacy, yesterday I finally got a hold of someone 1 call out of 20 attempts. They said he would do it when he got there. I haven’t had my prescriptions since Christmas. At this point I’m considering changing Doctors.

They are why people feel isolated and commit suicide As a veteran of war i recommend not stepping a foot into any healthquest facility. They do not answer their phone, they are rude, the people whom answer are lazy pieces of trash and i will do anything in my power to make these asshats famous They do not deserve to have a mental health business This is the epitome of why people do not get help As someone whom is highly experienced dealing with psychiatrist and mental clinics for some of the worst anxiety there is. STAY AWAY. I WILL NOT BACK DOWN ON WHAT I SAID . UNLESS YOU CHANGE YOUR WAYS AND YOUR STAFF WITH MORE PROFESSIONALISM AND PEOPLE WHO UPHOLD THEIR HIPPOCRATIC OATH YOU WILL BE FAMOUS IN THW VETERAN COMMUNITY. YOU WILL FACE THE CONSEQUENCE. I was not seeking any medication, just to talk to someone and ask a simple question. AS SOMEONE WHOM HAS LOST OVER 11 BROTHERS AND SISTERS TO SUICIDE THIS ABSOLUTELY PISSES ME OFF AND IT SHOULD YOU TO. IM A MEMBER OF HUNDREDS OF VETERANS GROUPS WITH 2MILLION MEMBERS OF VETERANS TOTAL AND THEY ARE RELENTLESS WHEN YOU CROSS ONE OF OUR PATHS THE WRONG WAY. THEY WILL BE FAMOUS AND MOST LIKELY WILL LOSE BUSINESS. YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW YOU!

Cant ever get anyone on the phone or too return phone calls . Appointment with Mandy are great ! Unfortunately shes no longer with the practice. My July 2 appointment was push out till Aug 19 . I'm pregnant and needed my meds for after I have my son . I'm so worried about after Delivery being I had Psychosis after I had my 2 year son . After finally speaking to a MA I was told I'd have to wait till my Aug 19 appointment. I worked in the medical field for 11 years and totally understand the Transition when losing a provider and the Impact it has on the Existing providers . However I'm very disappointed in the way it was handled being I'm pregnant and came off my meds for the safety of my baby..

I would not even get one star that there's no place for negative. They will not answer the phone if they do they will not return your call continuity of care means nothing to them and I am in mental health field. , I would love to know what their suicide rate is because it doesn't matter why you call them they don't care. With my work schedule is very hard to find a new doctor my doctor quit this place I'm still very close to her she's wonderful says she is trying to help me find a new doctor I had a friend there primary care doctor gave them a referral to Health Quest which I immediately told them you're in need of more mental health care or you will be once you've been there so in the meantime I'm stuck been off my antidepressant for 3 months now and still can't get a PA so I can take this medicine that I need.

My son was scheduled about two months ago , we get there to his scheduled appointment and was told they "tried" to call on Sept 6th to reschedule. Noone called my number or my son's. We wasted our time and gas showing up to this appointment for it to be rescheduled to another month later. 3 months wasted. It was hard enough getting this poor kid to go when he has a phobia of doctors and therapist. He felt completely let down and so did I. This was 100% unprofessional to not make sure they spoke with us before cancelling. We were told it was a call center, maybe make sure they speak to the person or keep calling, or better yet the Secretary in office call. Maybe this can change things on the future, I highly doubt it!

I have been going to Dr. Saini for 3 years. Unfortunately, over the last year, my daughter, who also sees Dr. Saini, and I have had trouble getting our medications. This last visit, December 20, 2018, the medications prescribed were not sent to my pharmacy. I have tried to call the refill number 6 times (mailbox is full) and the appointment line (mailbox is full). My husband and I have also gone to the location and requested the prescriptions be sent in, but the nurse was too busy to send in my prescriptions at the time we were standing there. I love Dr. Saini but I can't go without my medications for months at a time. I will be looking for a new psychiatrist.
