Everyone seems to be very unhappy. The Dr. asked me what I wanted from there. I thought he was the doctor. I've never ever been treated so meanly and bad like that before. No one really cares but for the money.

I was unhappy for having to wait for the office to finish getting a 200 page fax before they could review my fax which contained my medical records. After which one of the ladies that answered made me feel stoopid because I asked why my release form wasn't faxed yesterday. I just feel that patients should come first and they should not have to wait for things that have nothing to do with them in order to get some medical help.

They only care about money. They waited 2 appointments to tell my insurance no longer covered my appointments and I had to pay 200+ for both of them.

Money is their only concern and they will deceptively try to force all patients into paying $200 upfront regardless of insurance and then "credit" you back. I left after waiting almost 2 hours and then was told I'd need to pay almost 10x my copay upfront. Total scam and needs to be reported to the state board.

He helped me. His wife was in charge of finances and office management and she was tough, maybe even rude but that's not the doctor. He knew exactly what I needed and sincerely empathized with me. The counselor I had was very good too.

I was being abused and he defended my abuser, while proceeding to lock me into a mental hospital and put me on Geodon, which can cause brain damage. I was 12 years old and he tried to diagnose me with schizophrenia. I have complex postraumatic stress disorder and he did NOTHING to help me! I’ve had to go through extensive amounts of therapy. I don’t know why he even has his license!

Very rude!!! The black woman and the white woman at the front desk made me cry leaving bc I lost my prescription but I know I handed it to the black woman at the front! Dr Gupta was very rude during my visit as well I'm not coming back!

I have seen Dr. Gupta for quite some time. I believe him to be both knowledgeable and concerned for his patients well being. However, he often seems rushed for time which makes it difficult to express how things have been. If you do the response is typically to rely on current meds and go to therapy. The office staff stays confused except for Mrs. Gupta. Lastly, appointment times mean little to nothing. Expect to wait.
